Reporting to the Senior Developer/ Team Lead, the Senior ASP Developer will be responsible for highly complex strategic and innovative solutions with the ability to present and articulate technical executions clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will have significant authority and autonomy to ensure service delivery and quality standards are maintained within the team, requiring development of innovative solutions that will support the trust’s Digital Strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Jointly responsible for developing and delivering secure software solutions using both legacy and modern frameworks.
Work within a cross functional team and proactively drive continuous improvement in software, techniques and processes.

Key Skills required:
• Classic ASP, T-SQL, C#, ASP.Net, WebAPI RESTful services.
• Unit testing frameworks.
• Design patterns and approaches.
• CI/CD setup and delivery.
• Microsoft SQL Server.
• XML, JSON.
• Capable of teaching/mentoring/pair-programming with other members of the team
Knowledge and experience of the following technologies is desirable:
• PHP
• ARM Templates/Terraform/PowerShell
• Azure API management, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Functions
• Selenium or similar automation test framework
• Docker
• Experience of a front-end framework (React / Angular)
• Knowledge of or experience in coaching and mentoring practices and tools
• Knowledge of or experience in Quality improvement tools, techniques
