Key Responsibilities:

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

• Strategise and ideate content led solutions proactively and in response to brief with the wider team. Work with teams to define best-in-class work quality and empower them to deliver in a way that exceeds our client’s expectations and monitor the overall perception of quality and reporting.
• Be responsible for inciting new briefs across existing and new clients.
• Identify causes and make recommendations to account leadership on how to improve ways of working.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for the deliverables on assigned projects including brief response, briefing of the project to the third-party partners and client team management through the project to completion at highest level of quality.
• Ensure project revenue are up to date, from quotation to billing.

CONTENT EXPERTISE

• Knowledge of all aspects of our solutions across Insights, Strategy & Consulting, Content Creative & Production, Content Partnerships and Publishing & Distribution and how they apply across all aspects of the consumer journey.
• Continuous development and learning in and around the content space to advise and educate internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand how content is integrated into a media strategy and possess an understanding of social media data and landscape.
• Understand how brand and creative executions are developed into content led solutions and how they deliver on a client’s business objectives.
• Support team to develop case studies at the completion of each project.

Job Description

Our algorithm team designs, develops and implements state of the art computer vision solutions to address needs of complex Rapsodo products. As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you will be part of a world-class, skilled engineering team developing state of the art measurement solutions which help athletes reach their full potential. This role requires a highly versatile skill set and you will have opportunities to contribute in all relevant domains. Your responsibilities will include development of new products and enhancing existing products.

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related fields with specialization in Computer Vision, and Image Processing
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in 3D Vision, Camera Calibration, Image Classification, Segmentation and Feature Extraction
• Strong knowledge in Linear Algebra, Numerical Optimization, Probability and Statistics
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV
• Excellent C/C++ programming skills with some Python experience
• Experience with software architecture and/or API design, complemented by robust integration skills
• The ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team members

Job Purpose

The Campaigns Executive will support campaign initiatives in line with our client’s requirement whilst still maintaining Supermom’s identity. In this role, you will work with a team to help to raise awareness of our clients, their brands, drive sales, help customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that we will strategically deploy through Supermom as a platform.

 You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives:

 Roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them
• Constantly monitor and track performance across multiple campaigns and create the right reporting frameworks for analysis and reporting.
• Manage business as usual aspects for a campaign to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment
• Responsible for timely billing of clients
• Work cross-functionally with various departments within the supermom brand.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
• Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
• Hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing is a big plus
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and Meta Marketing is a plus
• Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
• Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders

As a Finance Executive, you will support in media finance operations, including but not limited to:

• On-boarding of new suppliers and clients
• Jobs monitoring, analysis and closing

• Issue/check billing instructions to shared service team and ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
