We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant who demonstrates in-depth expertise, shows interest into the business, is used to work in virtual teams, can cope with international cultures, and will be the interface between managers and individual contributors, inside the organization and outside. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Partner Sales Vice President and with the Global Channel Enablement Senior Director (located in Europe) and will support their respective teams, located across the globe.
Key Activities:
Support the assigned organizations’ leaders
Manage calendars, emails, reimbursements, approvals & orders, vacations
Organize meetings, take notes, and make follow-ups
Organize business trips
Take care of job requisitions/approvals and data changes/updates via Workday, working closely with Business People partners
Prepare business reports & analysis
Organize internal & external meetings including preparation of agendas
Setup webcasts and sessions
Ownership of distribution lists

Demonstrated self-confidence and independent work abilities
Education & Experience:
2-3 years’ experience as Executive Assistant or other supporting functions
Experience in working with international and virtual teams
Fluency in English is required
Intermediate level in German is an advantage but not mandatory
Good computer skills and excellent MS Office knowledge
