What will you be doing as a Sales Executive:
You would be calling into Grocery multiples, such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrison, in your territory, working on behalf of one of the top 10 brands in the UK. As a Sales Executive, you will build great relationships with key store decision makers and will leverage this to ensure the Lucozade Ribena Suntory products and promotions are given prominent and maximum space in the store, both on the shelf and in chillers.
To help you achieve your sales targets in the Sales Executive Role, you will be given brilliant sales and product training and will be able to use the company tablet to store data to spot any gaps and ensure stock is always available. Your territory will be your own to make a success of, but you will be part of a friendly, collaborative team who work together to achieve results and have the support and guidance of your field manager.

Your new role
You will be joining a prestigious research group working with some of the leading scientists in the genetics field carrying out research work to identify new approaches to tackle cancer.
Main responsibilities will include:

• Lead innovative research in molecular biology to uncover fundamental mechanisms related to genetic and protein functions in cancer.
• Investigate interactions between modified bases and proteins, focusing on their impact on genome functions like transcription and chromatin organisation.
• Develop new techniques to study the dynamics of modified bases and their binding proteins, utilising chemical and genetic approaches.
• Analyse genetic/genomic and other omics data sets to provide insights and use these to design future experiments.
• Explore genetic targets for synthetic lethality opportunities in cancer.
• Manage your own research projects while collaborating with others, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and resource management.
• Share your findings through presentations and publications, and help to mentor PhD students.

What you'll need to succeed
As well as strong communication and organisational skills, you should have:

• A PhD (or be nearing completion) in molecular biology, biochemistry, cancer genomics, or related fields, or significant equivalent experience
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including RNA/DNA analysis, PCR, protein analysis, and western blotting.
• Advanced cloning skills, with experience in genetic engineering, vector construction, and CRISPR/Cas9 systems.
• Expertise in recombinant protein design and expression, utilising systems like E. coli, along with purification methods such as FPLC and mass spectrometry.
• Familiarity with genomic technologies like ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, and single-cell methods, preferably within oncology research, though this is not essential.

It would be an advantage to have good data analysis skills and experience using programming / scripting languages such as Python and/or R, along with tools like MATLAB and Bioconductor, however training can be provided.

Will plan and organise workloads for staff within the area to include allocation of staff, planning patient care and groups etc. The Post Holder will supervise the day to day care of their service area, including Crisis, Police, Acute Mental Health, Home Treatment and Specialist Care ensuring staff are designated to appropriate areas. To also be involved in the recruitment and selection of staff along with appraisals and supervision. Education and Development Acute Mental Health is a learning environment which accepts short-term placements, any qualified practitioners and a wide variety of other agencies, wishing to gain an insight into the Mental Health Services. The Post Holder may be asked to provide specific training or mentorship to students. The Acute Mental Health Team is a developing service and team members are expected to become actively involved in the change process and demonstrate commitment to changing role, ie in the development of specialist protocols and specialised programmes of care. Individuals within the team will provide teaching and education to services users and carers with regard to living with mental ill health, and how to access service providers. Clinical Patient Care Duties and Responsibilities To provide high quality care in either the home, Fieldview or hospital setting. Clients referred to the service will usually have complex needs and problems. Families/carers will also need appropriate support and there will be regular liaison/referral to other agencies. This will require capability in the following areas: 1. To maintain accurate records, both written and computerised to a standard that reflects their level of clinical expertise. This may involve the use of specialised psychometric tools to complement the assessment and evaluation of client care. 2. The Post Holder must have experience of using psychosocial interventions in clinical practice. 3. Liaison with community based services and resources such as education, Social Security, employment, housing, Police and voluntary sector organisations to facilitate the delivery of the most appropriate and best possible care for the individual client, carers and their families. 4. Discuss complex issues surrounding risk management and plan care accordingly advising others regarding management of care. 5. Discharge planning. 6. To respond to client crisis in a positive pro-active manner. 7. To develop clear care pathways, including methods to reduce the risk of further crisis developing. 8. To work in a manner which is flexible according to client need. 9. To provide telephone support to any clients, carers, outside agencies or clinicians who require information, advice or crisis intervention. This will require the Post Holder to make immediate, effective decisions that will have implications for the outcomes of the clients mental health. 10. Be able to assess complex mental health conditions, then to develop and implement care packages in a variety of settings. 11. If required (or at their request) undertake Mental Health Act Training (AMHPs) and if qualified take part in the rota. 12. To assess adolescents out of hours and refer to appropriate services. 13. To assess if required in the Police Station. 14. To be part of the on-call rota. To cover 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on a rota. Scope and Practice The Post Holder will be expected to take responsibility for a number of tasks including: 1. The Post Holder will be the first line contact for all mental health at all times to the general Trust and primary care (in times of crisis). 3. As the Senior Trainer, you will be part of a team of trainers in the TV and Audio division, reporting to the Training Team Manager. You will be responsible for delivering memorable and impactful training to both Internal and External partners across a range of environments including classroom, in-store, roadshows, events and live streaming via live online broadcasting.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires the individual to be well planned and organised with the ability to manage their own diary and planning within the business needs. You will be responsible for staff knowledge within a defined set of accounts but will also be expected to work closely with and support colleagues to cover National and Key Independent accounts, with the overall objective to increase advocacy and awareness, and ultimately drive sales of Samsung TV and audio products in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
* Product/sales training, coaching, and mentoring
* Delivery classroom and shop floor training session
* Maintaining and Managing Samsung Training centre
* Ensuring training centre is ready to train for all team members and ensuring all rooms are stocked and displaying correct models.
* Testing of equipment (TV, audio devices and related content) to ensure our products are at training readiness (technical TV and audio device training will be provided).

What will you be doing?
As our White Claw sales executive you will secure listings of White Claw at new accounts across the city, working with venues in the hospitality industry with a focus on late-night venues, Casual dining, Entertainment venues, competitive socializing, and high street sites. You will drive sales and brand engagement through executing market plans and arranging creative events, placing POS and increasing visibility.

Face to face sales experience is essential to be our successful field sales executive. On trade experience is preferred but not necessary.

As our sales executive, you will:

• Drive return on sales and brand awareness by successfully executing marketing plans across the On Trade
• Build joint business plans through developing strong relationships, influencing prominent product siting in chillers.
• Provide training for key stakeholders in outlet to increase brand knowledge across our customer base.
• Organize and participate in events, tastings, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engage with customers in the On Trade space.

The Post Holder will work within an environment that involves taking responsibility for the use of a significant number of resources, including four crisis beds, access to in-patient services, processing of referrals and allocation of activity to achieve rapid response to crisis referrals. Will plan and organise workloads for staff within the area to include allocation of staff, planning patient care and groups etc. The Post Holder will supervise the day to day care of their service area, including Crisis, Police, Acute Mental Health, Home Treatment and Specialist Care ensuring staff are designated to appropriate areas. To also be involved in the recruitment and selection of staff along with appraisals and supervision. Education and Development Acute Mental Health is a learning environment which accepts short-term placements, any qualified practitioners and a wide variety of other agencies, wishing to gain an insight into the Mental Health Services. There is an expectation that the Post Holder will be involved in the provision of internal training sessions and presentations to other services and students. The Post Holder may be asked to provide specific training or mentorship to students. The Acute Mental Health Team is a developing service and team members are expected to become actively involved in the change process and demonstrate commitment to changing role, ie in the development of specialist protocols and specialised programmes of care. Team members will provide continuous development and evaluation of patient information packages to the service. Individuals within the team will provide teaching and education to services users and carers with regard to living with mental ill health, and how to access service providers. This will involve working closely with other care providers, including relatives in a constructive manner using education, advice and support. The Post Holder will be expected to organise and manage their own clinical supervision, and supervise peer, within Navigo agreed guidelines. Clinical Patient Care Duties and Responsibilities To provide high quality care in either the home, Fieldview or hospital setting. Clients referred to the service will usually have complex needs and problems. Families/carers will also need appropriate support and there will be regular liaison/referral to other agencies. This will require capability in the following areas: 1. To maintain accurate records, both written and computerised to a standard that reflects their level of clinical expertise. This may involve the use of specialised psychometric tools to complement the assessment and evaluation of client care. 2. The Post Holder must have experience of using psychosocial interventions in clinical practice. 3. Liaison with community based services and resources such as education, Social Security, employment, housing, Police and voluntary sector organisations to facilitate the delivery of the most appropriate and best possible care for the individual client, carers and their families. 4. Discuss complex issues surrounding risk management and plan care accordingly advising others regarding management of care. 5. Discharge planning. 6. To respond to client crisis in a positive pro-active manner. 7. To develop clear care pathways, including methods to reduce the risk of further crisis developing. 8. To work in a manner which is flexible according to client need. 9. To provide telephone support to any clients, carers, outside agencies or clinicians who require information, advice or crisis intervention. This will require the Post Holder to make immediate, effective decisions that will have implications for the outcomes of the clients mental health. 10. Be able to assess complex mental health conditions, then to develop and implement care packages in a variety of settings. 11. If required (or at their request) undertake Mental Health Act Training (AMHPs) and if qualified take part in the rota. 12. To assess adolescents out of hours and refer to appropriate services. 13. To assess if required in the Police Station. 14. To be part of the on-call rota. To cover 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on a rota. Scope and Practice The Post Holder will be expected to take responsibility for a number of tasks including: 1. Process referrals prioritise, risk management, risk assessment of clients who are in crisis and may be displaying high risk behaviours. 2. The Post Holder will be the first line contact for all mental health at all times to the general Trust and primary care (in times of crisis). 3. The Post Holder will be responsible for defining the level of acute mental health crisis and the use of resources. This includes the decision to admit a person to either the acute in patient beds, or Fieldview beds, processing of general practitioner referrals and urgent CMHT referrals. 4. The Post Holder will have to have an understanding of the relevant policies and their application to related face to face physical aggression and associated actions, eg COSHH, Infection Control, exposure to body fluids. Exposure to both verbal and physical aggression. 5. The Post Holder will be expected to professionally contribute and/or lead and manage serious untoward incidents, challenging behaviours, ensuring all parties are de briefed and supported. 6. The post holder will be expected to be involved in and implement new and revised policies within their own sphere of work. 7. Will offer clinical supervision to staff from own discipline.
