Role &Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day execution and implementation of the e-commerce activities across online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, PG Mall, TikTok, etc.) (order processing, packing, product listing, promotional mechanism, promotion pricing, campaign banner management).
• Planning on new and existing product uploads. Ensure all product uploads are complete with full descriptions.
• Track inventory levels and product removal (if necessary).
• Monitor the ongoing performance of online promotions, online campaign results, and marketing campaigns, making recommendations for change and improvement.

• Any other ad-hoc task is to be assigned from time to time by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in managing TikTok, Shoppee, and Lazada accounts
• Strong sense of social media trends in relevant markets, as well as content based on language
• Proficient in using social media management and analytical tools
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
• Proven working experience as a digital marketer or in any social media marketing-related role in any industry is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Oversee the construction and maintenance of sewer lines, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.

13. Ensure that all work complies with local environmental and sewerage regulations, as well as the standards set by regulatory authorities (e.g., SPAN or local councils).
14. Resolve any on-site issues, including technical, labor, or material-related challenges, in a timely manner.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong knowledge of sewer line installation techniques and regulations in Malaysia.
2. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Basic knowledge using construction survey tools (Theodolite, level etc.)
5. Ability to work in confined spaces and manage heavy machinery operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Certificates in site safety management (e.g., CIDB Green Card, NIOSH certifications) are an advantage.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in sewer line construction or similar infrastructure projects.
4. Proven track record in supervising construction teams.
5. Familiarity with SPAN and JKR standards is preferred.

Job Responsibilities: 

Procurement

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the SAP system.
• Communicate with the operations department to arrange transportation as needed.
• Notify the operations team of delivery dates and ensure timely tracking of orders.
• Conduct quality inspections of purchased products and manage issues related to delivery discrepancies.
• Follow up with vendors regarding Credit Notes (CNs) and Debit Notes (DNs) and ensure appropriate documentation is posted in the system.

Vendor Management
