Job brief

• We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians.
• Service Advisor responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also include setting up loaner cars and verifying insurance before maintenance is scheduled. 
• Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
• Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule
• Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and/or support all QS activities such as tendering and contract administration.
• Taking off, pricing and submission of tenders.
• Source for subcontractors/ suppliers. Produce and send enquiries to subcontractors inviting them to tender and engagement with procurement.
• Receive and analyze quotations, liaising with the team regarding price, proven history, availability etc.
• Prepare BOQ and tender document/ proposal, pre & post contract administration.
• Attend tenders clarification, analysis and negotiation.
• Prepare tender reports and award recommendation.
• Prepare and/or evaluate change orders, review and evaluate progress of work done.
• Carry out payment certification and prepare final accounts.
• Perform budget cost planning, interim forecast, monitor and control project cost.
• Any other may be assigned by the supervisor / management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in quantity surveying job and preferable in project environment.
• Able to work independently, efficiency and strong sense of urgency.
• A creative and innovative approach to problem solving
• Strong numeracy and financial management skills
• Willing to travel
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply for Junior position.

Job Brief:

Performs a variety of clerical tasks and administrative duties such as document processing, record keeping, report compilation, stock inventory and other office support services as directed by Superior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administrative procedures associated with recording and collating records for preparation of invoicing, delivery orders and other documents in connection with sales, service and deliveries.
• Maintaining stock/consumables goods control, inventory, stock movement, issues stock and makes requisitions for replacement.
• Handles routine accounting procedures and keeps records of transactions, banking transactions, receipts and statements, Debtors Ageing and collection. Prepares statements and reminder letters.
• Answering and recording daily service complaint calls for further distribution to technical staff.
• Compiles reports for information of management.
• Monitor, prepares Service Agreements and contracts and handles documents processing in relation to meter reading.
• Responsible for updating, keeping records of all documents under the scope of the Company's ISO 9001:2000.
• Deals with telephone enquiries, take messages, receives clients, ascertains their requests and directs them accordingly.
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distribution.
• General administration functions in the areas of daily office operations, stationery supplies etc.
• Perform other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
