1) Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; interviewing process supervisors and operators; completing troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

2) Diploma in Engineering

3) Preferably with knowledge of manufacturing and assembling of Precasting.

As IT Assistant, you will assist the Manager, Service Support in managing and maintaining key software systems, including erpbos® , ebos® , profit Software from Progress Group, Hubble Build Software & etc. Additionally, the candidate will assist the IT Technical Executive (Assistant / Senior) with various IT tasks and provide technical support to staff.
