Job Description
As a Project Coordinator / Assistant, you are expected to undertake the following activities and tasks:
- Coordinate with management and staff of a number of different businesses of the Employer to help manage and implement tasks
- Attend meetings, take notices and follow up on action items
- monitor and manage various projects & investments of Employer, including start up investment, property, equities, etc.
- Assist with personal and family home, financial and management issues (travel, school, expenses, important documents etc.)
- Identify and Solve problems and independently manage projects to successful completion
- Assist with preparing proposals, pitches to investors, application to government bodies, etc.
Essential skills & experience:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Strong ability to motivate staff and senior management to complete tasks instructed by Employer
- Good with numbers and excel spreadsheets
- Good with verbal and written communication, follow through and implementation.
- Creative out of the box thinker
- Proactive not reactive
- Willingness to learn, grow, accept criticism and bring lots of positive energy to the job
Qualifications:
- Master or Undergraduate Degree, preferably in business, finance, economics
- Fluent English and Thai
- Flexible, creative out of the box thinker
- 3 Years of Experiences
