What your working day will look like;

• Participating in the entire dispensing process
• Checking and preparing medication orders
• Ensuring accuracy and safety in handling and distributing pharmaceuticals
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
• Delivering courteous and effective customer service at all times.

In addition to dispensing prescriptions, you'll also have the opportunity to:

• Complete and maintain accurate administrative records
• Manage the inventory of pharmaceutical stock and equipment
• Receive, store and issue medications and other supplies
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure adequate stock levels
• Provide healthcare advice and signposting customers to appropriate resources when necessary.

To be considered for this position, you must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), have an NVQ3 and have completed the additional accuracy checking course in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent qualification. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the setting up the outlet
• Punctual, well-groomed and attired in the required uniform
• They must be well-versed and familiar with the menu, take orders, set tables, serve food and beverages.
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave, report any complaints and ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen crews, notify the manager or in charge of any safety hazard.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Outlet Manager / Supervisor.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in service operation
• Product Upselling
• Personal Hygiene & Well-groomed
• Skillful at communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
• Able to always present a positive and professional attitude

• Monitoring flight timings and aircraft type on various information systems
• CCTV monitoring and noting down timings of various activities on the aircraft parking stand
• Keeping records of various activities that have taken place on MS docs (e.g. Excel, Word etc)
• Respond to system alerts and notify other stakeholders to provide follow ups

Qualification:

• Minimum qualifications required are GCE N or O levels, able to converse in English and able to do basic data entry on MS docs (e.g. Excel, Word etc).
• All training will be conducted by clinet and will commence from 13 Dec 2024.
