Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this new job, you will need to be happy to teach all year groups from Reception - Year 6. You must be flexible and happy to adapt as things can change last minute. You must be confident in a range of behaviour management strategies and enjoy working with a wide range of children, LSA's and other staff. Ideally, being Catholic yourself or having experience in Catholic school previously would be desirable but not essential.
