Position Overview   

The Autodesk Graphics Platform (AGP) Team is looking for a Software Engineer Intern, to dive into a Graphics Platform used by different Autodesk products, including Fusion, Revit, Inventor, 3ds Max, and Maya. Our works explore and extend open-source software like Aurora renderer, OpenUSD, MaterialX, glTF, OpenPBR, Autodesk Standard Surface, and Vulkan.  

Responsibilities   

• Design and write robust, readable, maintainable, and extensible code

• Produce both unit tests and developer documentation for new code 

• Debug existing subsystems and identify problem areas in the code while providing impacting solutions

• Profile and optimize existing code on a variety of platforms, and create performance and unit tests to catch any regressions   

Minimum Qualifications   

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with a focus in computer science or computer graphics with an expected graduation in 2025

• Prior Experience with computer graphics application development   

• Strong CS Fundamentals (C++, Python) 

• Experience developing on Windows/Mac/Linux using Visual Studio   

• Experience with graphics APIs (such as DirectX, OpenGL), and shading languages (such as HLSL, GLSL)  

• Knowledge of Git source control system  

• Familiarity with open-source software like OpenUSD, MaterialX, Vulkan, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The main purpose of this position is to support the design, development and construction of new innovative electrical and/or fiber optic connectors for the subsea market.  

• Primary responsibilities include the execution of custom subsea interconnect solutions.  These projects will range from large-scale systems to component level solutions and will consist of all fiber, all electrical, and/or hybrid combinations of both.

• Responsibilities may also include designing high voltage connectors for power applications in subsea pumps, water injection and separation systems.

• Works with reliability engineering and is a member of a team which is directly responsible for designing highly reliable connectors; electrical or fiber, with life expectancies of 30 years or greater.

• This position requires multi-tasking several projects simultaneously.  These projects will range from high voltage (3,000 volts or greater), signal & communication interconnects, and/or fiber optic transmission.

• Support all NPD initiatives and assist in developing new applications requiring appreciable ingenuity and originality.

• May interface with customers to assist in the development of various subsea products and/or components to meet their specifications.

• May interface with customers to develop business in new and existing markets.

• Generate and review supporting documentation for designs including assembly drawings, detail drawings, and assembly/test procedures utilizing personal CAD skills as well as TOG’s drafting and Documentation Departments.

• Generate and review documentation related specifically to NPD, such as test plans, qualification reports and customer requested reports.

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Senior IT Internal Auditor (I) who will work as an integral part of our Global IT Internal Audit team. Confident in nature, the successful candidate will communicate effectively with staff at all levels to quickly understand business processes, identify potential risk areas, and help devise practical solutions to issues affecting our company. 

Working closely with both junior and other senior members of the team, this person will evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Live Nation’s IT operational and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and will be as comfortable working in a close-knit team environment as working independently.

Additionally, they will be able to successfully lead audits including the effective planning of an audit, timely on-site or remote fieldwork management, reviewing workpapers to a high standard, writing and reviewing audit issues, and drafting audit reports. 

Given the nature of the role, you will enjoy traveling, as 20% of your time will be spent at locations across North America and the rest of the world.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Plan and conduct internal IT control audits across Live Nation businesses.

• Test, evaluate, and review SOX404, SSAE18 SOC1 and SOC2, and other such testing

• Gain a detailed understanding of IT processes currently in operation within each location and identify key controls and risks.

• Identify improper procedures, research issues and make recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly.

• CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CIPT certification with 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields

• Public audit, Big 4, or solid corporate internal audit experience. 

• A demonstrated understanding of information systems (Oracle, SAP, Linux, HR Systems) and processes and the ability to apply that knowledge in conducting IT audits

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Able to successfully lead audits from planning to completion - review workpapers, write up audit issues, and draft audit reports.

THE ROLE

The IT Internal Auditor position will work within the Corporate Internal Audit Group and report directly to the Global Director of IT Internal Audit. This will be a hands-on position, responsible for performing IT audit projects as part of the total internal audit plan. The IT Auditor will assist in the development of internal audit scope, performing audit procedures, and preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed. Work performed will include coverage of the SOX 404 effort, SSAE 18 SOC 1, SOC2, PCI compliance, Data Privacy and Protection, functional and operating units, focusing on IT and operational processes. There will be frequent exposure to senior management throughout the organization, as well as interactions with external auditors. The IT Auditor may direct and review the work performed by other internal audit personnel, including contract resources.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Assist in various compliance efforts and adherence to documented policies and procedures including SOX 404, SSAE 18 SOC 1 and 2 reports, Data Privacy and Protection, and partial PCI DSS
• Prepare and perform audit testing as well as facilitate remediation of control findings
• Prepare flowcharts, narratives, and reports to document processes and controls
• Responsible for IT controls and all aspects of the related documentation, walkthroughs, testing and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of operational, financial, and compliance processes
• Participate in a variety of special projects including fraud investigations or data protections
• Interface and interview management and operating personnel
• The function will involve certain due diligence work together with specific project assignments
• Responsible for compliance to all company policies and procedures and other assigned duties
• Travel could be up to 25% with some International

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or related fields
• Public audit experience desired, Big 4 experience preferred; solid corporate internal audit experience also acceptable.  Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
• A demonstrated understanding of information systems (Oracle, SAP, Linux, HR Systems) and processes and ability to apply that knowledge in conducting IT audits
• Understanding of IT audit procedures, techniques, internal control concepts, and experiences in applying them to plan, perform, manage and report on the evaluation of various businesses areas/functions
• Experience with testing completeness and accuracy of key reports preferred (i.e. IPE - the reports produced by the company)
• Ability to quickly assess a situation/process at a top level, identify potential problems and recommend real 'business practical' solutions
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively present to peers and management
• Experience in performing multiple IT projects and working with varying team members
• Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills and ability to utilize computer assisted auditing techniques.
• Previous SSAE 18 SOC1 or SOC2, and Sarbanes-Oxley Internal Control assessment (Section 404) experience preferred
• CISA, CISM, CISSP or CIPT certification is desired
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
