GS/OBR Department

• Assist with the receipt and scanning of Accounts Payable invoices including barcode tagging.
• Support special Account Payable projects as needed.
• Create tickets for Vietnam GSA when required.
• Prepare WHT documents for filing (OBR Tasks).
• Issue receipts as part of OBC tasks.
• Support the archiving of finance documents and assist with on-site office tasks.

CTG 2 Department

• Extract invoices from SAP system for processing and tracking.
• Upload and attach invoices to the MITI ePCO system.
• Retrieve the Bill of Materials (BOM) list to support project/cost analysis.
• Assist the CTG controller with cost analysis tasks.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses based on specific requirements.

CTG3 Department

• Assist with cost center planning, budgeting, reporting for overhead expenses.
• Prepare and track Service Level Agreement (SLA) between RBMA / RBMP and other Bosch entities.
• To support Business Plan and Current Forecast.
• Identify and analyze risks in the business area, offering suggestions for improvements.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and report as needed.
• Monitor and report on weekly Purchase Order (PO) commitments.
• Assist with the CF/BP/YEC processes and to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support invoice extraction and related tasks.

Tasks:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document the specific requirements for foreign worker services, ensuring that all needs are met effectively.
• Process Mapping: Develop clear and structured process maps for the end-to-end management of foreign worker services, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing support.
• Tool Readiness: Assist in identifying, setting up, and testing practical tools (checklists, templates, forms) that will facilitate efficient service delivery to internal customers.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for all processes and tools to ensure clarity and accessibility for future reference, including guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from users and stakeholders on the effectiveness of the processes and tools and recommend improvements as necessary to enhance service delivery.

• To support for day-to-day HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management.
• Assist in the recruitment process including documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.
• To support new hire on-boarding activities including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation etc.
• Assist in the creation and preparation of training materials including presentations etc.
• Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation and attendee communication.
• Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
• Provide administrative support to the training team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.

Tasks:

• To assist with Human Resource Helpdesk daily operations involves research and resolve all associates issues and concerns and the 1st level support for basic Human Resource Shared Service Function.
• Assist in employee queries pertaining to Payroll, Over Time, Leaves and so on. 
• Support in testing of automation planned for Human Resource Shared Services.
• Assist with testing of upcoming Change Request from stake holders.

Projects:

• Human Resource Services process revision/update includes identifies opportunity to improve Human Resource Operation Services and processes.
• Document work instruction involves updating documentation or work instruction when the department receive latest procedure for a request

• 5S Training, Assessment, Audits and 5S related activities
• Designing Posters, Preparing Communication Materials, Translation services, Video Recording and Editing
• Update Reports in Power BI
• Analyze and support Idea Management reports and follow up with line leaders for submission
• Support forum, events and workshops online or Face to Face
• Other ad-hoc administrative, special projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Tasks:

• To assist daily operation of the department by managing associate personal information update, employee identification creation, and profile completion.
• Manage time date related request.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by personnel admin.

Projects:

• Support automation project (Be-Savvy & Human Resource Digitalization project).
• Propose operation improvement activities (Kaizen).
• Support in work instructions and ad-hoc clean projects.
