Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as an Intern, where you will play a vital role in supporting our hiring and employer branding initiatives. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, focusing on recruitment and employer branding coordination. What you will do:
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the screening resumes, conducting initial discussions with the candidates, and coordinating for interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure accurate records of recruitment activities.
Employer Branding:
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that promote our company culture and values.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.
Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Communicate with candidates to provide a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate in any employer branding initiatives/recruitment marketing to represent the company.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- People centric and proactive with excellent follow-up and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written proficiency.
- Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding.
- Exposure to various facets of talent acquisition and branding, providing a well-rounded internship experience.
