  • Search for alternative standard components using specialist knowledge/comparison tables.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Company background: Manufacturing

1)Fully in charge of handling bank accounts including bank reconciliation and managing the local and foreign account.

2) Analyze and prepare monthly forecast report on the company cash movement. 3)Preparing and monitoring budget for each department

4)Fully in charge of monitoring the company cash flow and ensuring the cash is sufficient for operating expenses.

5)Fully in charge of Account Payable including preparing the monthly Ageing Report and creditor reconciliation.

6)Prepare the payment listing for the local and foreign supplier to ensure all the payments can be made as scheduled.

7)Fully in charge of monitoring the Account Receivable and assisting the subordinate to ensure all payment receives as per scheduled.

8)Fully in charge of monitoring and checking the entire invoice to ensure the entire invoice input correctly and precisely.

9)Prepare all preliminary work in closing monthly management report and liaise with other department in compile and record closing document.

10)Assist on preparation of periodical management accounts, cash flow planning, financial analysis, and report to top management.

11)Prepare schedule and report for year-end Audit and Tax Computation.

12)Fully in charge of the tax queries by the tax agent on expenses and payable items.

13)Work closely with other departments in performing company sales, purchasing and other financial reporting activities.

14)Coordinate twice a year stock internal stock take activity.

15)Assist external auditors in performing annual stock take evaluation and present annual management account to prepare Audited financial statement

16) Liase with Company Secretary secretarial matter

17) Fulfill any adhoc task /report request by Managing Director

POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Operator is an hourly employee within Valspar’s paint and coating plants. Responsibilities may include following batch tickets, physically preparing and loading materials, and monitoring the production process.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Follows batch ticket and other instructions to complete the paint and coating production or rework process.
• Stages, prepares, lifts, and loads raw materials and other components required for the production process; may also utilize a computerized, mechanical, or automatic process to lift and/or load materials.
• Monitors and adjusts gauges, valves, switches, pumps, and other components according to production requirements; follows appropriate sampling techniques.
• Lifts and prepares items required for the filling, labeling, packaging, and transporting of products.
• Operates a variety of computerized, manual, and mechanical equipment to mix, fill, unload, label pack, and store work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations; may require the employee to wear safety equipment or gear.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and/or enters data regarding materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and other operations to ensure records and actions are accurate.
