Hours: 13 hours per week 0.4 FTE
Working Pattern: Monday & Tuesday
Contract Type: Fixed Term till 31 August 2025 to cover maternity leave
Salary: Teachers Main Payscale
Start date: 27th January 2025
The Governors, staff and children would like to appoint an experienced, reliable teacher to work in our lovely Nursery. The post is temporary to cover a maternity leave.
The successful candidate will:
be able to motivate and enthuse children
be able to work effectively as part of team
be committed to building excellent relationships with staff, children, parents and carers
have excellent behaviour management skills
be a creative teacher with high expectations and the ability to meet diverse needs within the classroom
recognise the importance of good mental health and be able to nurture children
have an understanding of and commitment to the principles and practices of Equal Opportunities and inclusivity
be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
be welcoming and approachable
have excellent English, maths and communication skills, both orally and written
