The Program Manager (Design and Print) coordinates the work of DCBE's three visual information specialists and one of DCBE's consumer education specialists to plan, budget for, and carry out the design and print program. The Program Manager also serves as an advisor to the management and staff of various organizations within the FTC on all matters related to DCBE's graphic design and print program, oversees the coordination of these activities with external organizations, and represents the Division in Agency and public forums. Customer Service - Planner / Scheduler
Temporary with chance to go permanent
Salary: £23,795
Hours: Must be flexible to work shifts between 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday
Start date: 14th October

As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for engineers, speaking to customers to arrange times/work needs to be done.

* To provide an effective and professional service to all customers
* Delivering the right outcomes for all callers
* Effective schedule handling and organisation skills
* Taking inbound calls in a timely manner
* Demonstrate effective problem-solving techniques
* Keep up to date with policies and products
* Build growing and sustainable relationships by going the extra mile
* Maintaining accurate and up to date records and systems
