Job Description

• Assist to handle day-to-day administration tasks/activities.
• Assist in general administration duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents, and other co-ordination duties.
• Assist in preparing words, powerpoint and excel documents.
• Assist with preparing company events.
• Provide support in resolving any administrative problems.
• Undertake ad-hoc related tasks as assigned.
• Good motivation with a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

• 5 days working a week
• Working Hour 8.30am - 6pm

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in gathering information and preparing questionnaires for various services;
• Assist in developing a new visa process system and digitalization;
• Dealing with various local authorities, local agencies, and local councils;
• General administrative assistance to the department;
• Communicate with foreign clients in English.
• Undertake any other duties from time to time as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to commit to full-time internship for at least 4 - 6 months
• Pursuing a degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative and strong focus on service delivery, quality and efficiency
• Well-organized with good time management in completing given tasks

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Diploma program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on varied tasks.
• Must have own transport as the branch is not directly accessible by public transportation.
• Available to start by October for a minimum of 4 months. Internship allowance provided.
