RESPONSIBILITIES

The Asset Management team is responsible for BW Group vessels management activities such as investment/divestment of vessels, identify business opportunities, generate returns through asset play, long term projects and/or forward paper markets as well as supporting other business units in their sales and purchase activities.

• Confers with medical staff and state representatives to exchange facts and to identify need for protective child services.
• Attends various committees and councils to promote healthy family function to include Case Review Committee (CRC).
• Conducts unit briefings on installation Family Advocacy Program policies.
• Responsible for management of funds to include developing the annual budget for the Family Advocacy Program (FAP).

Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts
• Prepare the monthly financial reports on timely
• Liaise with auditors for yearly audits for audit or tax purposes.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior account staff, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure financial operations comply with policies and regulations.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience
• Proficient in computer skill such MS Office
• Relevant experience in the residential development or service industry
• Possess fluent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
• Hardworking and responsible team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
