Additionally, the Event Manager will be responsible for budget management and post-event evaluation.

• Experience in the marketing or events industry is a plus
• Be involved in projects pre-production, production and post-production process

Job description:

• Source, review, and compare quotations, keep track of tender expenses.
• Find new sub-contractor, liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on specification to ensure requirements were met.
• Tabulate tender costing and review it with management.
• Review and compare documents and contracts.
• Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tendering issues.
• Attend site tender briefing.
• Ensure timely update and issuance of corrigendum and measurements.
• Conduct post tender review.
