Responsibilities:

The Production Manager will take the lead in ensuring production, including the development of procedures and knowledge transfer to the operations team

· Report to the Plant Manager, fully responsible for the customized products, varieties and operations of the

customized manufacturing process.

· Responsible for the production system planning and management - planning, formulating and implementing

process strategies, roadmaps, and updating iteration plans

· Responsible for data analysis and promote data exchange between the entire supply chain including quality and

safety.

· Responsible for coordination and communication with the sales and engineering team on the process from

Production Department Manager

The primary job responsibility of the Production Department Manager is to ensure efficient and effective production operations through optimising resource allocation, monitoring production metrics, and implementing process improvements to maximise productivity and minimise waste. He / She drives continuous improvement and operational excellence within the production department by identifying areas for improvement, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among the production team. Job Description

1. Over-see and manage the overall budget expenditure and headcount in the departments.

Our Production Technicians operate our chemical processes and perform production related activities, utilizing their chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner. • Under direct supervision, the Production Planner is responsible for production order management and daily execution on the shop floor.
• This job is the first level in the Manufacturing Scheduling job family. At this level, the Production Planner has limited autonomy to deviate from established processes, but is expected to develop their understanding of the principles necessary to exercise such judgment at the upper levels of the Manufacturing Scheduling job family.
