You will be part of the Managed Services team. Your responsibilities include technical administration, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on agreed service level definition, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with external & internal project team members. • Plan and manage weekly rostering for all front of the house staff, ensure that Roster always meet the Management expectation

• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff as and when needed

• Ensure front of the house staff are totally conversant with the counter SOP/service sequence and the implementing of all company policies and procedures.

• To carry out on-going performance reviews, coach and direct activities to achieve desired performance according to Company’s objective.

• To review and analyse daily sales, highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify poor performance. Propose and implement corrective actions if needed.

• Ensure Time Management System is updated daily according to the roster, monitor the overtime of all staff and ensure that it is within the MOM guidelines

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

• Working hour: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday-Friday)
• 5 working days per week;
• 12 days annual leave;
• 12 days medical leave;
• 1 day leave for brithday;

Job Scope:

• Installing funiture, industrial racks, LED Signages at customer locations
• Site visit and logistic arrangement.
• Utilising electrical skills to pull wires if required (training provided)

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 years relevant work experience
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Mandarin speak is a bonus.
• Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Conduct shading analysis and assess site suitability for solar installations.
• Develop bill of materials (BOM) for projects.
• Use modelling software to predict system performance, energy output, and financial returns.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and utility requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for solar installations.
• Conduct inspections to ensure system integrity and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams during system setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Monitor and ensure systems are operating optimally before handing over to clients.
• Promote and adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all installations meet safety requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for every project to ensure that projects are within schedule.
• Provide technical support for sales, proposals, and during potential client meetings.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD
• Solar experience is added advantage

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Prefer two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Preferably with Energy Industry or Renewable Products background
• AutoCAD, PVSyst or Helioscope skills preferred
