We are seeking a highly organized Project Administrator with strong planning and management skills to join our team in Brisbane and assist with managing multiple projects. In this role you will be supporting all stages of the digital marketing projects lifecycle, from planning to completion, making sure all projects are executed according to quality, time and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and check all digital marketing projects’ progress and performance, budget, work quality and tasks completion against project requirements.
• Advise the Managing Director and the Project Manager on issues related to projects and implement necessary changes.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Managing Director and the Project Manager to discuss projects progress, outcomes, concerns, potential or existing issues and solutions.

• Plan and schedule team members tasks using the project management software, oversee project performance, quality of work and update the data during projects lifecycle.

• Collect and analyse data on a regular basis, checking project progress and identifying any issues. Provide regular updates to management, making sure that projects are being executed as expected.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and team members to resolve any issues that may arise.

• Provide reports for digital marketing projects’ clients and regular internal reports to be discussed with the Managing Director.

• Assist with managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping accurate records.
• Assist in the coordination of projects from beginning to completion, making sure that scope, timelines, quality and budgets requirements are met.
• Assist with general administrative tasks of the agency when needed.

Skills and Experience Required:
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the ecommerce, web design and SEO industries.
• Project Management qualifications preferred.
• Solid organization and time-management skills.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in planning and meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail.

Position Purpose
The Contract Administrator (Settlements) position is a fulltime position that provides administrative support to the Novated Lease Consultants and Business Manager in its entirety. Within this role, you will be accountable for effective and efficient settlement processes and ensuring all settlement administration tasks occur in a professional, accurate, compliant and timely manner.
This role is responsible for all matters relating to the execution of documentation and coordination of vehicle delivery. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer service liaising with clients, dealerships and financiers ensuring a seamless and professional process with fluid communication to customers throughout.


Position accountabilities
• Manage paperwork associated with lease contracts
• Negotiate, prepare and review contracts in order for the settlement process to be completed
• Processing of all finance applications and following up on any financier requests for approval
• Ensure information is maintained accurately and up to date at all times
• Manage the settlement process in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Educating customers on the process during and following settlement and responding to enquiries regarding contracts
• Resolving problems regarding lease contracts
• Ensure all leases settle within the required timeframe
• Ensure the final file is managed in accordance with company privacy requirements
• Advising senior management on any contract related matters requiring attention
• Other duties as required by the Business Manager
