Position Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator at Enmach Industries, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns. Your efforts will directly support our sales objectives, drive brand awareness, and ensure that marketing activities align with the company’s broader goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and execute impactful campaigns, leveraging data and industry insights to inform decisions.

Key Qualifications & Experience
• Educational Requirements:
o A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated expertise in campaign management, market research, and digital marketing.
o Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media management, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
o Strong ability to analyze and interpret consumer and market data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Development
o Design and implement advertising strategies to support the company’s sales and marketing goals.
o Coordinate the development and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with target market needs and company objectives.
o Advise executives and clients on the best advertising strategies, channels, and media to achieve desired outcomes, focusing on consumer engagement and awareness.
o Manage campaign production processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Market Research & Trend Analysis
o Continuously analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging market trends to guide marketing efforts.
o Conduct market research to assess the demand for new products and services, identifying new market opportunities and customer needs.
o Compile and report on significant market activity and trends, providing actionable insights for future strategy planning.
o Research and forecast potential demand for new and existing products to enhance the company’s market positioning.
3. Content Creation & Digital Marketing
o Oversee the development and implementation of digital content, including website updates, social media engagement, and search engine optimization (SEO).
o Develop strategies to improve website traffic and Google rankings through SEO best practices and content optimization.
o Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms, with a focus on improving engagement and building brand recognition.
o Monitor social media platforms to track engagement, identify emerging trends, and maintain active communication with audiences.
4. Advertising Production Coordination
o Collaborate with internal and external teams, including designers, copywriters, and media outlets, to deliver high-quality content and advertising outputs.
5. Strategic Marketing Support
o Assist in maintaining and optimizing the company’s sales processes, utilizing tools such as the HubSpot Sales Management System.
o Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies effectively support lead generation and conversion activities.
o Identify new product opportunities by gathering and analyzing market data, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
o Provide recommendations for improving product mix and sales strategies based on market insights and analysis.
