Minimum requirements

業務内容

• メルコインでは、暗号資産事業に関するサービスを企画から開発まで、一気通貫で担っていただくiOSエンジニアを募集しています。

• メルコインでは複数のプロジェクトが多角的に動いており、各プロジェクトを構成する10名前後のチームに1~3名のiOSエンジニアが所属しています。またメルカリアプリとのインテグレーションも考慮し、フリマアプリ「メルカリ」開発チームとのコミュニケーションやメルカリアプリで用いられている技術の習得も必要になり、プロフェッショナルな能力が求められます。

• 自動倉庫(ASRS)の様々なコンポーネントに対するテストシナリオの設計と実行 
• 様々なコンポーネントの単体テストの設計と実行及び組み合わせに対する統合テストの設計と実行

The Site Reliability Engineer role exists within the global Unified Support organization. The role forms part of the Cloud team, which reports to a Unified Support manager who is responsible for the operational and people management aspects of that shift. This role requires standard working hours in Japan. Will need to work closely with the Cloud team that is running on a 24/7 shift. The role handles multiple aspects of incident and service requests. Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders related to our supported services.

Primary job role: 

• Manage an incoming queue of cases, incidents and service requests within SLA, OLA and KPI targets.
• Support the event management team and their work to enhance the related event processes and tools.
• Support the triage team in their work to assess and correctly route incoming incidents and service requests.
• Work with other Service Center functions and appropriate stakeholders to resolve long running, complex or major incidents.
• Deliver quality customer experience through clear communication, precise management of expectations and good customer focused service delivery.
• Create and update relevant SOPs, FAQs and other documentation to address known issues, workarounds and service requests.
• Provide initial RCA for long, complex or major incidents for customer incidents.
• Support, or perform, the implementation of corrective actions from the problems.
• Resolving non-standard requests
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve the service request process.
• Perform operational items within the service transition process for new and updated products.
• Work with other Support functions to define and produce various internal and customer reports on a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
• Monitoring environments for capacity issues and responding to alerts.

Rapyuta Robotics is seeking young, talented, and ambitious individuals with a can-do attitude to help revolutionize robotics. You will be part of the team that is building a new generation of a storage system where hundreds of robots collaboratively work together to produce the best performance.  

Key tasks: 

• Design electrical system architecture and PCBs to enable various robot operations and functions 

• Modify and improve existing hardware for feature addition and cost reduction. 

• Debug problems that may arise on the hardware when integrated in a larger system, create fix/workarounds for said problems.

Minimum qualifications: 

• B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. (preferred) in Electrical, Computer, or Control Systems engineering with 5+ years of prior experience designing embedded electronic systems in the automotive, aerospace, and/or mobile medical devices industry 

• Proven design and development experience in analog and digital circuits, including embedded processors, microcontrollers, mixed signal, data acquisition, low power, mobile/portable electronics 

• Familiarity with power electronics concepts, including design and operation of power supplies, motor drives and battery management systems.  

• Proficient with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, soldering irons, and other common electrical engineering tools used during PCBA testing and measurement 

• Experience with embedded system/microcontroller concepts, including: GPIOs, PWM, ADCs, DACs, and serial data interfaces (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, etc.) 

• Experience with schematic capture and layout tools, e.g. KICAD, Altium Designer, Protel, OrCAD, etc. 

• Experience on both board level design and system level design 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Champion machine learning initiatives that drive business growth, conceptualizing and implementing comprehensive end-to-end machine learning frameworks and solutions to elevate our key performance indicators and metrics.

Minimum requirements
