The Role
As a Senior Process Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Managing the delivery of engineering and technical activities, through the application of process, domain knowledge and experience.

Day-to-day, you'll be resolving specific technical issues and problems, compiling technical reports and accompanying presentations, providing, reviewing and adhering to specifications in accordance with stakeholder requirements:

• Accountable for designs, developments and determines solutions to problems and issues within a specialist subject area.
• Able to work on a range of engineering problems involving high levels of complexity & uncertainty.
• Provides help and direction to less experienced team members to support both their effective working, and their development.

What You Will Do

You will align with customers' desired business outcomes, enable them on their existing products and services, and work with them to identify opportunities to expand into additional products and services, all while ensuring world-class customer experience, value, and satisfaction. 

As part of the account team, you will work closely with the entire account team to define the strategic roadmap for your customers, to allow retention, renewal, and expansion of their Dynatrace relationship, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Dynatrace Support and Product Management teams.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Triage, diagnose, and provide solutions to most complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations
• Strategise on the overall technical objectives and long-term goals of the customer and their business and strategic objectives
• Provide advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage, adoption of the product, and foster growth of the customer’s footprint
• Be the customer’s advocate by knowing their goals and use cases, then suggesting process improvements, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements
• Provide web-based training to user groups to support organisational adoption
• Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Dynatrace usage across organisational functions and processes
• Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
• Engage with Dynatrace customer support as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
• Engage with Dynatrace Product management as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions
• Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services
• Help to document best practices in developing and using Dynatrace
• Provides insight, advice, and ‘street credibility’ with technical teams to understand technical issues and possible workarounds.
• Has deep understanding of customers’ infrastructure, architecture, and business/regulatory requirements to speed up resolution.

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Senior Engineer to join our Technology department in Malaysia to develop on our Dynamics 365 ERP. Technology team plays a strategically critical role in our company’s technology roadmap and delivery and ERP is the backbone of our finance and operations. As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of its Engineering team and be owning, designing and improving our Dynamics 365 ERP.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for engineering best practices across the team to enhance overall performance and quality.

• Architect and develop scalable, highly available applications that meet user needs.
• Work closely with other engineering team members and cross-functional teams to improve platforms and deliver features on our Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Partner with the product management team to gather and define technical requirements for new features.

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services.
• Understanding of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
• Strong foundation in computer science principles including data structures, algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Functional Programming (FP).
