• Prepare and submit any tender as and when required
• Taking off, preparing tender document and calling tender if required
• Oversee preparation of bills of quantities and other related tender documentation
• Conducting accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory tracking and stock movement.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other related activities.
• Ensure accuracy in stock management and handling procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor and report on stock discrepancies, stock-outs, or overstock situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines within the warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehousing/logistics environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for report preparation and data analysis.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
• Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
• Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
• Goal-oriented
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• High school or BSc degree
