Job Title: Senior Creative Fragrance Manager
Reporting to: Global Category Head/Business Head

Key Accountabilities:
· Fragrance Development and Project Management
o Work on major briefs in SEA in the assigned Category formats.
o Demonstrate consistent track record of New wins.
o Explore new creative ideas for perfumery creations with SEA team of perfumers which leads to project solutions and enriching the fragrance library.
o Address active and proactive brief by utilizing existing fragrance library.
o Conduct and organize evaluation smelling session of relevant benchmarks against creative fragrances in required client’s or standard base using client’s or internal evaluation protocol and act as key member of Evaluation team providing insights to internal and external customers.
o Coordinate with application lab for any application samples required.
o Co-ordinate with analytical lab for any product technical data requirement.
o Work closely with Technology team for any innovation and technology required by clients.
· Sales and Customer Management
o Align with Commercial team on different Account plans with prioritisation.
o Work closely with Commercial group to interact and understand customer needs by receiving and visiting customers / meeting online with customers providing winning fragrance recommendation and solutions with Marketing presentations.
o Support Commercial team with Project details and Olfactive summary of Fragrance submissions.
· Marketing and Market Research Management
o Monitor Cross Category new launches, Product and Fragrance landscape with affiliates, Regional CFM/Perfumers and Commercial group, Euromonitor and other sources.
o Update Olfactive Mapping of Cross Category applications.
o Participate in Consumer Market Insight activities to get an understanding of Consumer and Customer’s needs.
o Attend exhibitions and seminars and represent company exhibition stall with Fragrance solutions ready for customer needs.

Prerequisites:
(Qualifications, experience or relevant knowledge required)
Education -
Graduate/Post Graduate in Science (Cosmetic / Perfumery / Fragrances) and related courses.
Experience -
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Fragrance or related industry
- In-depth knowledge in cross categories/market segments
- Excellent project management skills.
- High energy and ability to motivate others.
- Relevant Marketing & Market Research understanding
- Innovative and results-oriented; effectively integrates knowledge, perspectives, and ideas to create new outcomes
