Stage 4: Construction

-       Maintain an up-to-date RFI log in CDCS.

-       Conduct regular site visits and thorough evaluations.

-       Provide valuable assistance in preparing accurate strike-off quantities documentation.

Stage 5: Project Closing
-       Conduct a thorough final site survey.

-       Produce precise as-built drawings.

-       Create Operation and Maintenance Manuals of the highest quality.

Qualifications:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

WE EXPECTED YOU CAN DELIVER:

A Junior Designer is responsible for producing high-quality project design deliverables in both FF&E and construction documents.

A Junior Designer can contribute to all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. They modify and revise existing designs to meet client needs or enhance design quality. Additionally, they research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and effective.

They report to the Design Project Manager or Senior Designer on tasks and deliverables and work directly with them to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion—on time, on/under budget, and meeting the company’s quality standards.

Schematic Design

3D Artist Impression Drawings / Mood Boards / Design Planning

1.  Knows 3D Max & Vray standards and applies them.

3. Responsible for proposing and conceptualizing the interior architecture design work for retail, food & beverage, commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.

The role
