Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Dept. to conduct the necessary plan to minimize the downtime for any electrical and instrumentation facilities for Plant and building through:
- plan and develop good preventive and predictive maintenance program in order to reduce the number of unscheduled breakdown.
- to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance, repair and maintenance work relating to electrical and instrument (e.g chillers and compressor system)
- work together with Head of Dept. for any corrective maintenance works
- Coordinate manpower supply by subcontractor during any scheduled or unscheduled breakdown.
- Continuously review the critical spare part list for Electrical and Instrumentation item and frequently updated it whenever its necessary.
- Report, monitor and analyze equipment performance and reliability in order to ensure production targets are met at all times and minimize plant down time
- To ensure all the critical spare list quantity always enough thus to minimize the downtime during breakdown.
- Ensure Standby Generator Set is in good working conditions at all time.
- Perform minor repair and maintenance work for the factory building
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure that personnel is familiar with the standard and policies
Any other duties as given by the company management
Decision-Making Authority:
- Ensuring that the production and operations processes are delivering their intended output;
- Ensure that the integrity of the existing management system is maintained when changes to the management system are planned and implemented;
- Report the effectiveness, suitability, performance, opportunities for improvement and/ or any problem (s) including noncompliance to regulatory requirements with regards to existing management system to Top Management;
