Permanent - Full time 37.5hours
£41,000 - £51,000 - depending on experience with fantastic benefits

The Employee Health and Wellbeing Consultant will support the management and delivery of our Viva wellbeing benefits and initiatives - helping our Bupa Global and UK Market Unit colleagues live longer, healthier, happier lives. Wellbeing has always been high on our agenda and we want your expertise to make sure all our colleagues are supported to work and live well.
You’ll report to the Head of Employee Health and Wellbeing, focused on delivering excellent colleague experiences. As a health & wellbeing business, we have a host of resources to make the most of and you’ll find yourself working with a wide variety of teams and experts – from care homes, to dental practices, clinics, a hospital and our insurance businesses.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
Representing our team for our new Viva Benefits platform, our service management system (Service Now) and our colleague intranet (Workvivo).
Managing our annual flexible holiday scheme, our Cycle to Work scheme and delivering our annual flu programme.
Overseeing any family related benefits, including our From Babies with Love partnership and Childcare Vouchers.
Exploring new opportunities, including family/caring support and sustainability related benefits.
Working with our Internal Communications team on promotional and communications plans and campaigns.
Owning the data associated with the benefits in your portfolio and providing management insights, as part of our wellbeing reporting.
Managing incidents and risks associated with the benefits in your portfolio.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Credible experience in health and wellbeing with either a clinical or employee benefits background.
Experience of administering benefits through a platform and HR systems.
Experience of managing suppliers.
A continuous improvement mindset.
Good influencing skills – you will have lots of interested stakeholders who love this topic.
Analytical ability to interpret data and spot opportunities to improve wellbeing and our benefits offering.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
