Responsibilities

• Preparation and ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation financial and management reports, including regulatory reporting;
• Supervise and allocate tasks for continuous improvement in financial and management reporting processes;
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards;
• Provide additional financial accounting support and analysis to the Group;
• Assist in preparation of annual budget, cash flow management and costs control of the Group;
• Establish, review and enforce continuous improvement on adequacy and effectiveness of the Group’s risk management and internal controls system;
• Coach the team members, providing guidance to achieve their key performance indicators;
• Formulate and enhance standard operating procedures to identify hidden risk or non-compliance; 
• Liaison with external parties i.e. Auditors, Company Secretary, Tax Agent, Bankers, Lawyers and Local Authorities on related matters;
• Undertake ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a professional certification from a recognized accounting organization.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience, including regional exposure in Southeast Asia or the broader Asia region, and/or experience with public listed companies, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards, group consolidation, and taxation, preferably with some background in external auditing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, with a proven ability to work hands-on with team members.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
