Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for piloting new product set-up and launch which includes, but not limited to, RFQ, outlining product structure and part number creation
• Raise, oversee and maintain all engineering related documents (e.g. BOM, ECN, MDR, etc.)
• Disseminates relevant manufacturing and engineering documents and/or information to the relevant stakeholders
• Attend to any ECN/MDR changes
• Support customer and production team on technical issues
• Ensures products are correctly and promptly developed without compromising on product quality
• Monitor manufacturing progress
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in NPI / Product Engineering
• Experience working with Semicon Machines / Equipments

Job Scope:

• Responsible for full spectrum of the Company’s quality standard
• Issue, maintain and file all QA reports (e.g. 8D report)
• Ensure maintenance of proper records pertaining to quality related issues
• Send QA reports to vendors
• Ensure timely closure and response of all QA issues
• Ensure effective corrective action taken for all NCR/CAR issued
• Follow up with vendors on their corrective action for rejected parts
• On-site audit at vendor’s location whenever required
• Conduct FA inspections
• Issue, maintain and file FA reports
• Maintain and upkeep Quality Management System and Quality System Procedure in accordance to ISO9001

Trait, Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Possess knowledge of ISO9001
• Knowledge on ERP system would be an added advantage
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Good at problem solving, negotiating and communicating

Job Scope:

• Assist in production planning to ensure on-time delivery to Customers
• Manage work orders using ERP system
• Release and reschedule work orders
• Perform work order variance analysis
• Review MRP execution and ensure accuracy of information
• Perform regular system maintenance and audits to ensure system accuracy
• Responsible for monitoring stock inventory level and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
• Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production level
• Manage deadlines based on project expectations
• Liaise closely with Purchasing Team, Sales Team and Production Team
• Set goals for Purchasing Team and Production Team
• Supervise Production Schedule closely
• Detect and resolve issues when they arise
• Create status and performance report for Management review

Trait, Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in any administration/management field
• At least 2 years of working experience in production planning in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Possess knowledge on ERP system, purchasing and supply chain
• Possess knowledge of MRP
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Good at analysing, problem solving, negotiating and communicating
