You will be the Food & Beverage leadership expert, driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration. You will be responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction, brand and quality standards, as well as bringing creativity and variety to our food & beverage offering. Further you will manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve the budgeted revenues, profit and food & beverage costs whilst maintaining food and beverage quality. This role sits within the  Marketing & Communications team and will work closely with the Marketing Director to devise and implement (traffic and data) acquisition strategies. The role's main responsibility will be to drive a quality audience to visit and engage with Anantara digital platforms: web, mobile and social in order to hit transactional revenue targets.
Digital Marketing:

• Make digital a strategic part of the entire customer journey for our products and services
• Responsible for the e-commerce capabilities
• Leveraging ‘Owned’ Media via various tools/analytics, creative optimizations, and form page optimizations
• Owning the Funnel management - both volume and efficiency aspects to meet the monthly targets
• Track and monitor performance of the media buy such as paid search, SEO and demonstrate ROI and the value of marketing to the organization

The role requires a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to lead the hotel's brand story. The right candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive guest awareness, engagement, and, ultimately, bookings. In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will craft compelling content, develop collateral and manage the hotel’s online presence. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in crafting positive media relations and securing valuable press coverage for Anantara Koh Yao Yai.

This cluster role exists to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our team members and will be responsible to ensure that all team members are trained to be able to perform their roles safely and efficiently.  This role is responsible for managing the develop needs of the cluster/area and implement the necessary professional development strategy and trainings.  This role also ensures that all learning team members necessary at property level are guided and supported to deliver on key training deliverables so all our team members are inspired to behave and perform in accordance with the best standards of our brand and company. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Strategy and Planning

• Identify the training needs of individual hotels and collective learning needs of the cluster.  
• Work with P&Cs and GMs to prepare annual learning plan and budget aligned to identified needs, corporate guidelines, business goals, and KPIs. 
• Plan for full utilization of current resources to answer learning needs. 
• Monitor and review effectiveness of Learning Needs Analysis and implementation of Learning & Development plans at the properties 
• Provide and drive key input/strategies for Learning & Development plans and activities for the properties 
• Develop property specific learning initiatives in a variety of methods (e.g. facilitated training, online, blended, etc.) to address learning needs at the property. 
• Plan and Coordinate need and schedule for Corporate Programs 
• Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the cluster on an ongoing basis. 

Drive Brand Culture and Guest Experience

• Drive Brand-related Leader and Line Programs and Training 
• Champion change in Brand service, internal culture and organizational transformation 
• Monitor Brand Audit scores and co-develops learning action plan with Leadership Team to achieve Brand Standards in all guest touchpoints  
• Track GSS and Guest Feedback and adjust learning Interventions accordingly

Learning Operations

• Deliver certain regional/Corporate training interventions to targeted team members as required.  
• Train and support Department and Division heads in driving their departmental trainers and trainings on all new and existing training interventions and consolidate learning outcome measurement on training delivered across the cluster.   
• Ensure that the team member Orientation experience is adhered to at all times no deviations from the expected organisational standards.  
• Conduct and upskill all learning team members in the cluster (i.e. P&C and learning executives) to train required compliance and fundamental interventions and ensure that all properties are up to date with training requirements.  
• Curate learning content and resources to empower team members to continually learn and grow. 
• Drive Digital Savviness of Leaders and Teams. 
• Train and Maintain Job-Skills Coach Ratios 
• Coordinate and oversee that monthly Job Skills Coach Coordination Meetings are occurring

Drive Leadership Development Path

• Build Learning Culture and Drive Skills and Competencies

As an Executive Sous Chef you will be second in command and report directly to the Executive Chef. As such you must be intimately familiar with all the activities involved in kitchen operations and be prepared to step in and cover all eventualities if called upon. You will need to be able to prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes, including French, Italian, and fusion cooking. The Executive Sous Chef is also responsible for overseeing the kitchen team members, which will involve preparing, scheduling and delivering training, managing team member performance, ensuring that the kitchen safety standards are up to date and that team members are complying with health, safety and sanitation rules. Additionally you will help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.

You will ensure that all team members are up to date with the current knowledge of all the hotel products and services including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club. As a Night Manager, you will show your leadership to assist the Front Office Manager in driving overnight front office operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• To be a main point of guest contact during the night hours of operation.
• Monitor late night arrivals, ensuring all requests are carried out smoothly.  Ensure all reservations are honored, or dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible.

You will manage the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient running of the all hotel facilities, including all fire and life safety equipment and systems. It will be your responsibility to plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations. About the role: 

• Lead a variety of group fitness classes including aqua aerobics, strength and stretching/yoga classes.

Further you handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

As Demi Chef you will help the Executive Chef to prepare appetizers, as well as meat and vegetables for entrees. You further will help with the proper presentation of food, and ensure that that each customer is served the highest quality food in a timely manner. As Demi Chef you will participate in selecting and training new members of the kitchen team. They must follow and enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen. They should possess a high level of cleanliness, both in the kitchen and in personal hygiene. You should be familiar with working efficiently and quickly under pressure.
