Shifts will be Monday - Friday 06:00 AM starts you will be making deliveries across the central belt & the borders, some shifts you will be accompanied with a drivers mate to help with the deliveries.

For your first 3/4 weeks you will be driving their class C Vehicle before being trained and assessed to drive their C+E tanker vehicles.

This is a temporary to permanent position and an excellent opportunity for someone to take on a permanent role after 12 weeks.

Rate - PAYE £14.00 - 8 Hours minimum Guaranteed each day for class C.
Rate - PAYE £16.00 - 8 Hours minimum Guarantied each day for class C+E

Key Requirements:

• CAT C+E Driving Licence, Valid CPC & Tacho
• You will be delivering to outdoor sites mainly so an aspect of the work will be outside in all weather conditions
• Working as part of a team is a must so we are looking for someone who is eager to engage with others to get the task at hand done.
• Completing vehicle checks before and after shift
• Adhering to Working Time Regulations

The job responsibilities - Inspection of metalwork and components parts used in Microwave Communications Equipment. This will be for incoming and outgoing parts. Controlling non conformance's, liaising with the production line for problem solving on issues identified. Taking measurements using CMM and other traditional measurement methods, along with visual checks on products.

Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production. Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and related experience and able to show proven capabilities of related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under immediate supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor.

Our client, a blue-chip IT company, is currently seeking a Security Cleared Infrastructure Support Specialist III (Red Hat Linux) based on their customer site in Edinburgh. This is a temporary role to start ASAP for 3 months. The role is paying up to £275.00 per day working 37.5 hours a week between 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday and 07:00 - 13:30 Fridays.

Role Overview

We are looking for customer-focused 3rd line infrastructure support engineer with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues to backfill our Business As Usual services while some of our key staff support a critical project.
