An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Advisor to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll.

Responsibilities will include:
To promote and sell the site products and services
To deal with all enquiries relating to products and services whilst on shift
To generate leads and sales to increase the membership base of the Centre
Telephone calling and face to face conversations with new and existing customers to help with retention and sales

What we ae looking for:
Sales driven individuals
Excellent communication skills
Previous sales experience would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician, working with an enthusiastic and friendly team.

We are looking for someone who has experience of;

Minimise any downtime relating to equipment and services provided for customers including, but not exhaustive, minor installations, decorating, repairs and maintenance.
Ensure through the implementation of appropriate maintenance and repairs that every customer receives an excellent service each time they visit the Centres.
The role will involve;

Ensure the completion of accurate records of all maintenance and repairs including works undertaken directly and by external contractors.
Prepare specifications of requirements for contractors, obtaining quotations and Method Statements in advance of work, in order to complete all works as appropriate to buildings, equipment, fixtures and fittings in a cost effective and safe manner.
Purchase and prepare equipment required for maintaining the Centre.

Responsibilities include;

working towards a sales targets to increase our membership base by actively obtaining new leads through various methods
working closely with the Reception team, the Sales Manager and outreach coordinator to drive new enquiries and identify opportunities to generate new partnerships and raise the Centre profile.

What we are looking for;
Experience in customer service and a passion for working to targets;
Someone who is self-driven, organised and has the confidence and inspiration to listen to, engage and motivate customers to improve their lifestyle
Someone who is friendly, passionate and able to communicate clearly and confidently with infectious energy levels.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Swim Manager to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within Bushey Grove Leisure Centre. Directly assisting and reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving all membership revenue and achieving monthly / yearly financial targets.

Responsibilities will include:

To exceed performance in terms of all membership sales through effective lead generation, promotions, marketing and customer care within the centre.
To drive revenue across the business, review and implement site promotions across the business to ensure monthly/yearly financial targets are exceeded.
To be responsible for the Sales team, acquisition membership and retention. To manage the front-of-house team, ensuring a high standard of customers service and satisfaction
To be a key member of the Centres management team and to support other department managers as and when required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Duty Manager to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll. This post will ideally suit someone who is looking for the chance to progress their career and take on a challenging role.

Your prime responsibility will be to:

Ensure a safe and welcoming operation, paying particular attention to building presentation and standards of service through effective liaison with all duty staff.
Work on a rota basis covering the full Centre opening hours
· Co-ordinate staffing resources, ensuring that adequate staffing provision is made at all times.
· Be responsible for building security and opening and closing of the building in accordance with company procedures.
What we are looking for:

To ensure the highest possible standards of health and safety, cleaning, and customer care within the Centre.
To be available to work poolside on a regular shift or as and when required to ensure the delivery of the Centre programme.
To ensure all staff you’re responsible for are kept informed of the Centre’s activities and special events.
To be able to lead a team and maintain high standards.
To undertake relevant training – full training will be provided.
Will be able to build strong relationships with customers and employees. Care about our members, ensure they're happy and seek opportunities to build rapport.
Will be able to meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required.
Be responsible for the smooth running of the leisure centre.
One or more of the following would be an advantage: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, First Aid At Work, wet / dry coaching or teaching awards, and pool plant operators (or have the ability to gain these qualification within six months of being appointed).
