Purpose of the RoleThe Mechanical Project Supervisor will manage building and maintenance projects, providing technical specialist advice in Mechanical Building Services Engineering. Multi-trade Plumber - Derbyshire - Up to £22.00 Per hour

• Local council in Derbyshire seeking a skilled and versatile Plumber/Bathroom fitter for immediate start.
• You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in void properties
• Duties will involve; bathroom fitting and other associated works including decorating, tiling, plastering, basic joinery
• Previous experience working on social housing contracts is essential
• You must have relevant Plumbing qualifications (NVQs or City & Guilds)
• Own tools and transport
• 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday
