Expressions seeks a motivated Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing relationships with influencers, and driving measurable results through social media. Additionally, you will handle social media enquiries and assist with customer enquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & UGC Management:
- Develop and create engaging and conversion-driven social media content, including graphics, videos, and UGC (User-Generated Content), using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Curate and repurpose UGC to align with brand messaging and drive authenticity in campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers that align with our brand values and target audience.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships to produce authentic content that drives engagement and sales.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, optimizing strategies based on performance data.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversions across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts that align with marketing objectives.
- Utilize paid social media campaigns to amplify content reach and target specific audience segments.
Handling Inquiries & Customer Service:
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist with customer inquiries across social media platforms, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any issues or concerns raised on social media.
Sales-Driven Marketing:
- Focus on creating content and campaigns that are directly linked to increasing sales and conversions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales targets and objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly track and report on social media and influencer campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness and increase ROI.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Supporting Other Marketing Activities:
- Assist the marketing team in executing broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and influencer management.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving conversions through social media.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing influencer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimizing social media performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
