基本工作目的

為人力資源經理提供與人力資源職能相關的各個方面的支援。

義務和責任

• 向人力資源經理報告。
• 身為人力資源通才，履行日常人力資源營運職責。
• 在整體薪資管理、招聘、維護/更新員工個人檔案、績效評估、培訓、確認、員工紀律等方面提供一致的支援功能。
• 執行招聘，包括職位安排、廣告、履歷篩選、候選人篩選。
• 根據就業工具包/入職清單準備文件。
• 為新進員工進行入職培訓。
• 維護、更新和歸檔僱用記錄。確保各種人事記錄是最新的。向需要就醫的人員發放醫療票據，定期監控和更新醫療費用，並突顯醫療費用異常高的情況。
• 更新員工的出勤、加班和休假報告，包括薪資計算。負責處理每月薪資單（薪資支付、法定付款）並驗證薪資管理。
• 必要時與相關法定政府和私人機構聯絡。
• 月初準備食堂優惠券。
• 依照管理層不時的指示履行其他職責。

資格與技能

• 人力資源管理、商業研究、一般管理或其他相關領域的文憑/學位。
• 最好具備 2 年製造環境中人力資源通才的工作經驗。有處理外勞管理的經驗。
• 良好的電腦知識（MS Office 應用程式 - Word、Excel、Power Point）和薪資系統知識。
• 對就業法和 2022 年修正案、工人住房和便利設施最低標準法、SOCSO 法和 EPF 法有深入了解將是優勢。
• 願意在必要時出差。

Basic Job Purpose

Assist the Export Manager in all matters related to Export Sales such as prospecting new customer, to provide after sales service, to attend inquiries and complaint and others relevant activities assigned to you from time to time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure documentations for export matter are prepared on time.
• Ensure logistic requirement are arranged accordingly for timely delivery.
• Ensure customer’s inquiry and complaint are attended promptly.
• Ensure relevant reports are submitted on time.
• Ensure compliance of safety and health rules and regulations at all time.
• Promote and market Company’s products.
• Prospect new customer.
• Process and prepare respective zone’s documentations (quotation, shipping documents, bank documents,
• BL, invoices, DO and other documents associated with Export Sales).
• Achieve budgeted sales figures.
• Arrange for logistic requirements.
• Prepare monthly sales reports to immediate superior latest by 11am on 5th working day of a month.
• Update weekly shipping schedule to immediate superior.
• Provide relevant information and documents to HR/Admin department in conjunction with respective zone’s trade fair or customer visit.
• Attend export enquiries and customer complaints in accordance to ISO 9001:2000 requirements. 3.16 Attend WOS Meeting.
• Takeover Export Executive – Zone functions during his/her absence
• Other jobs associated with export matters delegated to you from time to time.
• Any other duties assigned by the management as and when required.

4. Qualifications & Skills

• Degree Holder preferably in Sales/Marketing/International Trade or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in handling export administration preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Able to speak and write in English, good communication skills, computer literate and knowledge in International Trade, Shipping and Custom Procedures.
• Good interpersonal, self-motivated & result orientation.
• Fit, healthy and no physical disability.
• Have own transport and can travel whenever require by the Company.

Basic Job Purpose

Provide support to HR Manager in all aspects related to Human Resources function.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Report to the HR Manager.
• Deliver day-to-day HR operations role as a HR Generalist.
• Provide consistent support functions on overall payroll administration, recruitment, maintain/update employees personal files, performance appraisal, training, confirmation, staff disciplinary and etc.
• Execute recruitment including job placing, advertisement, resume screening, candidate shortlisting.
• Prepare the documents according to employment kit/induction list.
• To conduct Orientation & Induction Training for new employee.
• Maintain, update, and file of employment records. Ensure various personnel records are up to date. To issue medical chit to those require medical treatment, to monitor and update regularly medical expenses and to highlight any abnormal high of medical expenses.
• Update employees’ attendance, over time and leave reports including computations for payroll. Accountable for processing monthly payroll (salary payments, statutory payments) and verifying payroll administration.
• Liaison with related statutory government and private agencies when is necessary.
• Prepare canteen coupon early in the month.
• Perform others duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in HR Management, Business Studies, General Administration or other related fields.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience as a HR Generalist in manufacturing environment. Experience in handling foreign workers management.
• Good computer literacy (in MS Office Application - Word, Excel, Power Point) and knowledge in payroll system.
• Good understanding of Employment Act and Amendment 2022, Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act will be advantages.
• Willing to travel as and when necessary.
• Be able to work in Subang Jaya.
• Possess own transport
