We are seeking dedicated support workers to provide essential care and create a nurturing environment for individuals with learning disabilities at our specialised facility. This role involves assisting residents with personal care, medication management, and daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

About You:
Empathetic and professional manner with strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations; experience in handling epilepsy is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Committed to personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
Engage residents in community activities and housekeeping tasks.
Adhere to personalised care plans and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
Monitor health and well-being, report concerns, and manage emergency protocols, particularly for individuals with epilepsy.
Maintain documentation and foster positive, effective communication within the team.

Induction sessions occur every two weeks on Monday and Tuesday. As part of your employment with Encompass Care you are expected to attend both session. Flexibility is required as some training, such as manual handling, is only held on weekdays.
