Daxko’s Corporate Secretary will play a strategic role in guiding our governance practices, facilitating transparent and effective Board operations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The Corporate Secretary is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who will manage essential interactions between the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and regulatory authorities. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
