Clarion Futures is one of 10 housing associations awarded a Learning and Work Institute grant to deliver a Jobs Plus pilot in Borehamwood, aiming to improve employment outcomes in deprived communities. The programme provides a range of support services under one roof, including housing, employment, health, skills, digital and financial inclusion. The pilot is funded until March 2025 and will determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the Jobs Plus model in a UK context.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at a Community Centre in Borehamwood. Candidates will be expected to work from a centre 3 days per week.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
