What You’ll Do:
Reporting into the CISO, the Director of Identity and Access Management for Brunswick is accountable for the definition and delivery of the Information security strategy for Identity and access management across our enterprise solutions. Translating the group-wide information security strategy, policy, processes (joiners, movers and leavers) and control requirements into appropriate Identity management capabilities (processes, standards and systems for users, privileged users and third-party users). The role will be also tasked with owning and maintaining identity and privileged identity solutions and implementation of authentication and authorization security controls that work correctly, are tested and are an intrinsic part of all Brunswick’s assets.
Overview
Primary Director of Identity and Access Management responsibilities include:
• Build, lead and continuously develop the Identity Management team, develop, enhance, and maintain Identity and Access Management strategy and framework for Brunswick’s assets.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain all Identity and Access Management solutions pertaining to user role design, user provisioning, Super User access, access controls, authentication, authorization, and other process controls, following full lifecycle approach through to production.
• Plan, prioritize, execute, and manage timelines and budget for access management initiatives
• Manage the day-to-day facilitation and execution of integrating application data feeds into the Identity & Access Management System by working with Business, Information Technology, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management stakeholders
• Oversee risk/issues, tracking, resolution and escalation to management, as necessary
• Organize communication and training strategies with Business and Information Technology to ensure initiatives are well described, defined, supported, and understood by our business partners
• Evaluate current user processes (including joiner/mover/leaver) and role provision process and implement improvements and automation in conjunction with the Brunswick Cybersecurity strategy and ensure appropriate governance, policy, process and guidance is in place
• Define and deliver an Identity framework, roadmap and patterns (in conjunction with Head of Architecture, Security Operations and Cloud engineering teams) as part of the overall Brunswick Cybersecurity framework.
• Implement and develop Strategic Identity audit and controls to ensure continuous assurance of Brunswick access management security posture.
• Operate as a key contributor and expert advisor in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a company-wide identity, access security policies and control frameworks.
• Provide leadership and direction, guidance, and advocacy regarding prioritization of investment and implementation associated with the identity and access management security strategy.
• Monitor developments in the Identity & access management security industry including vendor strategies and communicating the potential impact on or applicability to the organisation.
• Promote & leading security culture, awareness and driving continuous security improvements across Identity, Access management
• Define appropriate Identity and access management security metrics, provide regular and consolidated reporting to the senior leadership team.
Who you are:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate identity and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels, ranging from board members to technical specialists
• Ability to lead and motivate the Identity and Access Management team to achieve tactical and strategic goals, even when only "dotted line" reporting lines exist
• Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
• Project management skills: financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management
Experience & Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience within cybersecurity, cyber/IAM strategy, program management and delivery/maintenance of of access management technology solutions
• Experience with project management or program delivery
• Experience leading strategic programs or initiatives with budgets
• Experience in change, issue and risk management
• Business relationship development and user adoption experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Fundamental knowledge of access management
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT as well as those from NIST, including 800-53 and Cybersecurity Framework
• Sound knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of information security risk management and cybersecurity technologies

Desired Skills:
• Experience in delivering large Identity & Access Management transformation programs
• Experience with the SailPoint solution
• Experience with the CyberArk solution
• Experience with multi-factor authentication technology and providers
• Technical Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM desired

• Location Brunswick World Headquarters (WHQ) in Mettawa, IL
• Travel 10-15%
