Job Responsibilities

• To provide efficient and effective sales administration process flow and coordination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• To support Account Managers in preparing Sale Quotations to customers’ enquiries with an eye of detail and close follow up.
• To response to customers’ request on quotations and products information for new purchases requirements or renewals of licenses/maintenances.
• To verify on prices before submitting to Purchaser to process Purchase Order.
• To process Sales Orders for confirmed sales orders.
• To response to Customer’s request on delivery and co-ordinate with Operations team.
• To escalate maintenance or support issues that has been reported by the Customers with Operations team.
• To work closely with the Account Managers to meet sales performance goal.
• To document all relevant data systematically.
• To gather information and support Account Managers when there is a Tender requirement in liaison with Suppliers and Technical Solution Team.
• To follow up on tender progress and updates.
• To establish a good relationship with Customers to explore if there are any other opportunities apart from those products requested and expand the business opportunities to create more sales revenue.
• To perform other administrative duties as assigned or other duties as deemed required by Company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level with 2 to 3 years Customer Services’ working experiences preferably in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.
• Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.

Customer Service Executive salary range : $2300 to $2500, with attractive monthly sales incentives and monthly mobile reimbursement claim max up to $50.

Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the group IT systems.

Maintain and update existing group systems in accordance with established processes and standards.

Provide reliable and efficient local support for the office, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Main Mission

1. Update and maintain the existing group systems, ensuring they are in line with appropriate processes and standards.

2. Provide local support for the office, which consists of approximately 40 people.

3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuity of services.

4. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT infrastructure.

5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

6. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Skills, professional experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.

Proficiency in system administration tasks such as resources deployment, system updates, and troubleshooting.

Good communication skills to effectively support and train users.

Optional

• Respond to IT requests from all emails, portal, and telephone within the agreed targets.

• Perform troubleshooting and initial diagnostics of assigned IT tickets, including remote connection to end user devices using remote access tools.

• Communicate clearly to users in a timely and polite manner and keep the end user-informed of the progress of IT requests at all appropriate times.

• Manage creation, modification, and deletion of users account management (FTP, Active Directory, file permissions) and perform clean-up projects of user profiles, files, email accounts.

• Supporting application such as Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business, conferencing tools such as GoToMeeting, Microsoft Outlook and email archiving tools.

• Provide basic PC installations and configuration tasks.

The Account Manager is responsible to generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts. He/She is required to develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with the customers. · Knowledge of data centre route/switch technology, backup/recovery in a virtual environment.

· Understanding of active directory architecture, DNS administration.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong coordination and project skills.

· Assess and evaluate current virtual computing infrastructure, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
