Job Description:

- Loading and unloading of goods and materials
- Picking, wrapping, labelling and staging of orders for deliveries
- Stuffing and unstuffing of containers

Inventory management :-
- Use wireless RF scanning equipment for inventory accuracy
- Handling goods and materials with care
- Safe storage of goods and materials in assigned storage areas
- Transfer of goods and materials between departments
- Perform data entry tasks on computer system (including generation of delivery documents)
- General housekeeping and maintenance of safe working environment
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the departmental head

Job Requirements:

- Possess at least a secondary school education
- Preferably with 1-2 years of forklift driving and/or warehouse experience
- Possess a valid Singapore forklift driving licence
- Possess basic reading, comprehension and maths skill
- Basic computer literacy
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
- Able to perform overtime as and when required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of admin executives
• In charge of the day-to-day administrative functions
• Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations
• Plan reception of customer or key executives who visit Singapore.
• Take charge of all facilities management matters such as fixed asset inventories, office renovation, door access, printers, installation and relocation etc.
• Manage contract, price negotiations and service performance with office vendors and service providers.
• Monitor due dates for renewal, termination of contracts and other follow-up actions.
• Oversee other logistic matters, like transport, telecommunications, mail/courier services, hospitality for meetings, off-site storage and asset management.
• In charge of the procurement and administration of all office supplies, pantry supplies, assets, inventories as well as maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Renewal of corporate licenses
• Responsible of the logistics arrangement for new hire and Company Mobile Phone Management
• Support key executives with travel management matters, such as procurement of air tickets, housing rental arrangements, etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as tasked.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level Business Administration/any field
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative
• Meticulous, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines with limited supervision
• Good prioritization skills and drive to achieve outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Description :-

- Covering HR Spectrum - recruitment & selection, manpower & succession planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training and development.

- Assist in payroll related matters.

- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, - Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

- Manage and handle employee’s records

- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.

- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters

- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.

- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.

- Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, government bodies as & when required

Job requirements :-

- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Able to handle all walks of life with good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of employment legislation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
