Job Purpose:

As a key member of the Systems Training Team, you will work to create, deploy, evaluate, update and review digital adoption materials at all stages of the end-to-end user journey across a wide variety of platforms and applications. Working closely with key stakeholders and colleagues to deliver high-quality digital adoption experiences.

Experienced in scripting and storyboarding, you will be competent in the use of graphic design, video production, animation, and interactive multimedia applications to create, edit and enhance digital adoption content.

You’ll support operational teams to use our systems efficiently, consistently and drive-up data integrity. Your content will digitally engage people and promote best practice. A great communicator, you’ll have the confidence, patience and enthusiasm needed to explain technical system subjects in a clear and easy to understand way.

Key Accountabilities:

-Responsible for creating engaging and impactful digital adoption content across various cloud-based platforms.

About The Role
Job Purpose:

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the full software development lifecycle through the planning, design and execution of system testing on projects of varying sizes and complexities to ensure the delivery of high quality business critical applications and reports.

The QA Analyst will work within the IT department and collaboratively with other areas of the business to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

The QA Analyst will also deliver management information and perform ad-hoc analysis to the business as and when required.

Key relationships: Learning & Organisational Development Team, HR Team, Operational Team for Learning Disability

Job Purpose:
To manage and deliver a professional learning and organisational development service that contributes to the ongoing development of our people and drives both individual and business performance.

Works closely with key managers across all areas of AFG (Mental Health, Learning Disability and Support Functions) to shape future development activity and evaluates success. Ensures that all development work and activity is aligned to our People and Organisational Development strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

With a business partnering approach, work with key managers to identify individual and collective training needs using a robust learning needs analysis methodology.
Lead the ongoing development and coordination of a local learning framework aligned to the business workforce plan to ensure there are sufficient individuals, skill levels and experience requirements in place to meet current and future service demands.
Support and manage the local delivery of OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support AFG’s ambition to be a high performing organisation.
Influence our learning culture to promote self-learning, personal mastery, continuous improvement and reflective practice.
Manage and support the delivery of the all Learning Disability training interventions through the Learning Partners.
Design, develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs through a wide variety of training methods.
Review and look to optimise existing training processes for efficiency.
Produce clear evaluation reports using qualitative and quantitative data for all training programmes and other specific development work undertaken.
Audit and assess opportunities and risks relating to levels of workforce competence and practice with a view to taking local action to continually improve.
Facilitate improvements in standards of professional and regulatory practice by contributing to the ongoing development, improvement and implementation of policy and practice changes.
Line manage, coach and develop the Learning Partner team.
Utilise and manage external relationships, such as training providers, to develop and deliver training requirements.
Work within the agreed L&OD budget and manage spend against your allocated budget items during the year.
Provide 1:1 coaching and ongoing support following requests from key customers.
Liaise with external training providers to source specific business requests.
Keep up to date with the latest training trends, developments, legislation and best practices.
Product Owners who support organisational development projects where there is likely to be an impact on the target customer population.
Support the delivery of specific development interventions for first line managers and above across AFG as agreed with the Learning and Organisational Development Manager.
Keep abreast of developments and best practice within the training & development field and health & social care sector to enhance and maintain the reputation of the Learning & OD team.

To be flexible in order to both deliver training and support to the multiple sites within the Learning Disability Division of AFG.

Title: Finance Assistant (Debtors)

Job Purpose

In line with Alternative Futures Group mission, vision and values the job holder will provide effective support to the Financial Accountant. The primary responsibility will be for the smooth running of the sales ledger ensuring all customer/commissioner invoices are processed and settled in a timely manner.

Principal Accountabilities

-Setting up and maintaining sales ledger accounts on to the Finance System
-Efficient and effective processing of customer/commissioner invoices, ensuring the amounts invoiced are correct and maximise the income to AFG.
-Ensuring accurate invoicing and facilitating prompt query resolution.
-Debtor account reconciliations – ensure the balance sheet control accounts are up to date at all times for each customer/commissioner, cash receipts are posted promptly, and all outstanding debts are pursued in accordance with AFG policies and procedures
-Raising sales invoices and credit notes in a timely manner and in line with agreed billing schedules.
-Collecting cash through the production of reminders, statements and through regular contact with customers via telephone, e-mail and letter.
-Ensuring financial and business controls are adhered to.
-Assisting with processing and accurate allocation of receipts.
-Issuing copy invoices/statements when required.
-Assisting with reconciliation of unallocated cash.
-Raising manual invoices and credits.
-Producing debtor reports; provide information to assist with company cash flow forecasts and ensure that processes and procedures are maintained in line with corporate requirements.

Job Purpose

Using your knowledge and experience of generalist HR, you will play a key role in the delivery of our people strategy. As an experienced HR practitioner, you will support, develop and coach all levels of the organisation on HR processes and procedures

Reporting to the People Manager (Group) you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of key HR cyclical tasks and supporting the wider team with delivery of operational plans. Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

-To develop, update and embed engaging people policies and processes. These should always be legally compliant; align to our business strategy; and promote good practice, accountability, growth, development, quality and to positively contribute to employee experience.
-To support the organization to implement efficiency programs requiring change management and continually drive efficiency and demonstrate value for money.
-Ensuring key stakeholders are informed/consulted on relevant changes such as redundancies, and requirements etc.

Job Purpose

As the Project Lead you will have an overarching aim of leading on HR related change projects across the organisation. Reporting to the People Manager (Group) you will be responsible for managing all acquisition/integration activity including due diligence, project management, stakeholder relationships and harmonisation and standardisation where appropriate.

As an experienced people professional, using your knowledge and experience in this area, you will play a key role in the delivery of our people strategy around transformation and growth.

-To lead in the delivery of corporate change programmes – this may include -organisational restructures/TUPE, mergers or acquisitions.

-To liaise with both incoming and outgoing employers in relation to acquisitions/TUPE. This will also involve working with the People Support Lead to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed within time.
-Collaborate with other teams in HR and Legal to ensure all aspects of the acquisition/TUPE process are compliant with legal requirements.
-To promote develop and coach other members of the people team to effectively and efficiently manage all change projects in relation to TUPE/Acquisitions.
