The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Sexual Assault/Sexual Harassment Victim Advocate to eligible installation level military, civilians, and dependents.

• Serves as an installation Sexual Assault/Sexual Harassment Victim Advocate. Provides a wide range of essential support and advocacy services, liaison services, and care to victims of sexual assault/sexual harassment in accordance with generally accepted procedures and techniques.
• Maintains support and follow-up contact with sexual assault/sexual harassment victims throughout the lifecycle of the case. Responsible for providing initial response services such as access to emergency medical treatment (secondary prevention) and long-term support and care as needed (tertiary prevention).
• Assists the installation SARC in the development and delivery of comprehensive sexual assault/sexual harassment training.Facilitates or assists in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of sexual assault/sexual harassment response training for all installation personnel, leadership, deploying personnel, and other key functional stakeholders to include annual refresher SAPR training.
• Represents the SAPR installation program both military and civilian agencies. Establishes liaison with local victim support agencies in order to gain support and cooperation in achieving support for victims of sexual assault/sexual harassment and to promote the enhancement of the sexual assault/sexual harassment prevention and response services.

Assist the Director in the School Age Program and Youth Program with a variety of clerical, administrative and cash handling duties which may include but not limited to the following: Performs a variety of general office duties such as receiving telephone calls and visitors, types correspondence, reports and other material from rough draft, clean or copy, including statistical and financial data, routing and filing correspondence, and responsible for maintaining files IAW applicable guidance. Receives correspondence, provides general information and answers questions to routine matters. Assists with customer service counter. Assists in ensuring contracts are in compliance and filed properly. Inputs all payroll information and work schedules in system and runs end of day reports daily.

Compute daily labor cost, records income and expenses to proper accounts and provides daily financial status report to Director or designee. Consolidates monthly inventories and may assist in Youth Center's monthly and yearly inventories. Assists in researching irregularities and recommends course of action to Director by the end of each month. Performs periodic review of delinquent accounts/memberships. Assists in researching billing discrepancies with patrons and indicates corrective action. Assists with end of month resale inventory and insures inventory is at the proper level. Works with IBPS in regards to purchase request, inputting invoices within 24 hours of receipt. Prepares daily financial documentation, i.e. Consolidated/Cashier's Reports (AF Form 1876) tothe NAF Accounting Office for processing and makes the daily deposits upon approval of Director or designee. Prepares request for advertising for Marketing Office to publicize. May assist in escorting visitors when appropriate. Trains all new employee on cash handling procedures.

1. Sets up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items including meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, butter and beverages. Sets up and distributes food and beverages to the rooms, ensuring appropriate serving utensils are used, and replenishes items when necessary. Breaks down and cleans area when meals are complete. Sets up dinning room tables for service, places food and beverages on tables, and replenishes items as necessary. Sets up and operates dishwashers, performs preventive maintenance and cleaning. 2. Assembles and tosses fresh fruit or green salads in quantity using prepared dressings, serves into standard serving sizes. Makes cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients. Prepares milk and milk allergy substitutes.

3. Provides assistance to the Cook and Cook Supervisor regarding food preparation by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring or breading; weighs, measures and assembles ingredients for regular and special dietary menu items. On a regular basis, prepares uncooked food items. Using correct measuring utensils and/or portion control scales, portions foods IAW USDA Food Program for distribution and meal service, and covers, dates and stores leftovers according to established procedures.

4. Ensures kitchens are adequately stocked and equipped with the necessary food and equipment. Informs supervisor if ingredients for menu items are not available to allow adequate time for items to be procured for use.

5. Prepares baby formula, in compliance with USDA food requirements for children ages 6 weeks to 11 months. Ensures correct proportions, as governed by the USDA food programs, are provided at the center(s) on a daily basis. Receives and inventory food deliveries. Ensures that all food is of top quality and freshness before receiving and/or preparation.

6. In the absence of the Cook, may perform a variety of cooking tasks with direct supervision and direction. Follows posted USDA approved menus. If changes are necessary, notifies supervisor prior to making the change. Follows standardized recipes in preparing meals for the CDC.

7. Ensures compliance with standards as set by the USDA Food Program, base Public Health, and Safety and meets all DoD standards for Food Health & Safety.

8. Incumbent is responsible for independently completing work as scheduled after initial oral or written instructions when changes or new assignments are made. Supervisor periodically checks to see that work is done on time and according to instructions.

Physical Effort: Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Continuous standing, walking, frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling and bending. May be required to work on ladders and use powered cleaning equipment.

Working Conditions: Uncomfortably high temperature and humidity are created by steam and heat from cooking and dishwashing. Area is usually noisy and there is a danger of slipping on wet floors where food or beverage has been dropped. Exposed to hot liquids, sharp cutting blades, hot working surfaces and extreme temperature changes when entering walk-in refrigeration or freezer units.

1. Performs Non appropriated funds (NAF) financial oversight for the installation financial manager (FM) including professional accounting and audit reviews of AF Services financial programs; prepares a variety of reports and related documents.
2. Develops and conducts local internal control reviews (ICRs) of Services NAF activities; conducts higher headquarters developed management control reviews (MCRs); and performs a variety of other oversight tasks related to financial planning and administration of accounting systems covering operations and expenses of supported Services activities.
3. Tests and monitors cash controls to ensure they are functioning properly and coordinates annual impartial inventories.
4. Reviews NAF and APF budgets of all supported Services activities/programs.

The purpose of this position is to mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full service bar. The following are duties you may be required to accomplish but it is not all inclusive:

1. Operate a full service bar. Mix and serve all types of alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks to order, following a variety of established recipes. Beverages include but are not limited to, Margaritas, for which no pre-mix is available, Zombies, Singapore Slings, etc. Deliver drinks to bar waiters, or serves directly to patrons. Receive cash payments or credit card charges. Wash glasses and other bar equipment. Prepare garnishes for mixed drinks. May help stock service bar or portable bar for catered functions.
2. Responsible for the proper operation of the bar, receipts, and inventory accountability. Accept money, operate a cash register, and make change. May be required to prepare documentation for cash funds accountability. Inspect and secure facility at end of shift.
3. Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to combine ingredients such as liquors, soda water, sugar, bitters, and fruit and the ability to mix exotic drinks. Ability to follow cash handling procedures. Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve problem or seek assistance if needed.
4. Requires walking or standing for prolonged periods of time. The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as an aircraft simulator and academic instructor for students enrolled in Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Instructor Upgrade Training (IPUG), Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), and Continuation Training (CT) programs designed to provide proficiency in the unit's primary tasked mission of High Altitude Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (HAISR).

• Coordinates service contracts and purchase orders with functions across the base. Applies knowledge of other disciplines to determine coordination required to ensure all requirements have been addressed.
• Plans and directs accomplishment of new and recurring requirements for prompt submission and award.
• Functions as a QAE during peak workloads Prepares inspection schedules for random sampling, periodic, and 100% inspection and inspects contractor performance based on schedule.

1. Observes, documents, and evaluates carrier and contractor performance. Inspects contractor's performance at owner's residence and at warehouse during packing, crating, loading, shipping, unloading, uncrating and unpacking.
2. Counsels members regarding policies and procedures for the proper preparation of personal property for shipment and/or storage, including specialized items, to domestic and overseas locations.
3. Prepares documentation reporting carrier performance using automated systems. Observes, documents, and evaluates performance of contractor on packing, containerization, and local drayage of personal property.
4. Provides oversight of the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) contract. Serves as a Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE), functionally qualified to ensure the Air Force receives quality contractor performed services and pays only for acceptable services received.

SUMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the School Age Care program. To plan, develop, organize, and oversee the long-range and day-to-day operation of a comprehensive school-age child care program consisting of such activities as before and after school care, full day care/camp, and school holiday care/camp for youth 5-12 years of age.
