• A Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that financial records matchup between different sources (Revenue &Cash in).
• This involves identifying discrepancies, investigating the causes of the discrepancies, and reconciling the accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Reconciling end-to-end COD (Cash On Delivery) cash transactions starting from bank reports to back-endreports, providing outstanding COD Settlement reports weekly basis per vendor level, supervise and checking cash management based on delivered transaction number.

As a Demand Planning & Forecasting Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain and business operations. You’ll be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and coordinating cross-functional teams to align procurement, fulfillment, and financial plans. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop accurate and effective demand forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Support management with risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating potential challenges.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve the accuracy of demand forecasts.
• Clearly communicate key demand forecast elements (baseline, marketing pushes, seasonality, new area expansions, etc.) to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Work closely with the Procurement team to develop monthly procurement plans and schedules, ensuring target inventory levels are aligned with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with the Fulfillment team to manage capacity and schedule inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with Finance to finalize monthly P&L and capital requirement plans.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

   • Lead the monthly management reporting process, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
   • Create and maintain performance and budget decks, providing in-depth variance analysis and commentaries on key financial metrics such as revenue, EBIT, SG&A, and cash flow.
   • Conduct scenario analysis to update the business runway and guide decision-making.

2. Treasury Management:

   • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient working capital is available to support business growth.
   • Identify and optimize sources of funds from multiple channels, including bank loans, third-party distributors, and other external financing options.

1. Establish cost control process throughout the whole fulfillment process and define long-term and short-term cost optimization plan.
