ABOUT THE ROLE

• The Digital Content Manager Asia is responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of all digital content for Asia Premium Midscale and Economy Brands.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of External Contact Centers Operations based in Paris, France, this position is responsible for managing daily Contact Center operations of our Chinese speaking markets.

You will oversee both Customer Care and Reservation activities, monitor and manage the performance to ensure achievement of high service level and Quality standard across all channels.

Your mission will consist of and not exhaustively:

Performance Management

Monitor daily operations performance of our BPO

Analyze performance & SLAs on each activity, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating on strategies to enhance service delivery.

Quality Assurance

Manage and improve Quality delivered by each contact center, make sure that it’s in line with Accor’s quality standards.

Conduct quality assessments and calibrations with our BPOs.

Monitor the quality of services delivered by external contact centers, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining the desired standards of customer experience.

Process, Training and Development

Collaborate with contact center partners to identify opportunities for process enhancement, suggesting and implementing improvements that optimize workflows and elevate service quality.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Brand Openings Manager, Asia to join our team. This role will be based in Thailand/Indonesia and will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Brand Management and Marketing, MEA APAC and is responsible for providing expert brand marketing and Brand Management support to all Premium, Midscale and Economy brands across the MEA APAC Hub from the signing to the opening of all properties. The Brand Openings Manager will also be responsible to ensure clarity and consistency of brand positioning, brand identity and branded experiences across the Hub for all PME brands. The role will be guiding and supporting the hotel General Managers, Marketing, Design & Technical Services as well as the Operational teams to ensure the brand markers and experiences are delivered for the opening.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Brand Guardianship 

• Together with brand hub team, be the voice of the hub in all pre-opening calls with internal teams and suppliers. 

• Ensure consistent implementation of brand identities, markers, and experiences across the HUB for opening hotels. 

• Support positioning workshops and share best practice to guide hotel team. 

• Manage Taskworld for all Marketing and Brand functions to ensure delivered on time. 

Brand Strategy and Execution 

• Support the conceptualization of facilities such as Food and Beverage and Wellness outlets. 

• Work closely with regional marketing teams for the creation and implementation of Brand and localized initiatives. 

• Support, represent and participate in various brand validation processes. 

• Guide the team on the brand and marketing elements of the commercial opening plan.

• Support new opening hotels to ensure successful on brand openings.

Budgetary Work 

• Support the hotel on their POB and consequent planning for all Brand touchpoints to include signage, uniforms, imagery, and brand marker delivery. 

• Guide and support the hotel team for the budget and marketing plans for their brand and suitable for their market utilizing annual budget packs. 

Responsible for defining and deploying the communication plan for major global Accor Tech projects plan, aligned on the Accor Tech communications plan. He/She will support all AT Excom members (excluding CTO/Deputy CTO and head of T4H) with communications for their major initiatives and personal thought leadership communications.

• Define and deploy the communications plan for all major Accor Tech global projects (excluding Elevate), aligned on the Accor Tech communications plan.

As a Security Engineer, specializing in firewalls, your primary mission is to fortify our organization's cybersecurity defenses while maintaining the business up and running. You will lead efforts to design, implement and manage robust security solutions for the whole Accor group. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will enhance our security posture and ensure a resilient and secure environment

1. Design:

- Collaborate with internal technical teams, customers, and external strategic partners to define, deliver and improve high-quality network segmentation for all Accor’s hotels and the hotel standard

- Engage with the whole Cyber Security team to develop security policies, protocols, and procedures.

2. Act as a L3 engineer:

- Install, configure, and maintain firewalls and network security devices, to ensure a secure and reliable access to corporate resources while following the security standard.

- Provide timely subject matter expertise for incidents and requests related to network security.

- Maintain the procedures for these tools.

3. Expertise & transversal:

- Coordinate with the MSSP in charge of the hotels’ firewall
