Working as an Administrator / Customer Correspondence Administration Assistant you will play in integral role within the team, contributing to the smooth operation of customer support and communication processes. Your responsibilities will involve liaising directly with customers via SMS, email, and written correspondence to provide assistance, resolve queries, and deliver important information. This position is essential in maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring that all communications are conducted professionally and efficiently.

In your role as the Administrator / Customer Correspondence Administration Assistant you will be expected to strictly adhere to compliance requirements and industry regulations when interacting with customers. While full training will be provided to ensure you are well-versed in these standards, it is crucial that you consistently apply the company’s policies and procedures to all communications. This approach ensures that customer interactions are handled in line with best practices and organisational guidelines, fostering trust and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Administrator / Customer Correspondence Administration Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / 365 (including MS Word, Outlook)

• Polite and professional approach when dealing with customers

• Excellent customer service skills

• A good administrative background

• The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

If you have previous experience working in a call centre, then great. If not, the company will provide full training and support to ensure you start off on the right foot.


SALARY: £25,000 - £28,940 per annum + Bonus + Generous Benefits (see below)

Due to continued growth the company is looking to recruit 10 people, call centre or financial services experience is an advantage, and will also consider candidates from all types of backgrounds, whether that’s working as a Retail Assistant, Administrator, Office Assistant, Waiting Staff, or Shop Assistant just to name a few. The most important factor is you have a friendly, professional approach to your work and willing to learn how to do the job.

The company find people learn best in person and from hearing and watching others, so as the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent you will start at their office in Kirkby, Liverpool, Merseyside. Once you’re up to speed there will be opportunities for a hybrid working pattern starting from 4 months service, split between working from home and the office for part of the week, which allows you to have a great work life balance.

On a day-to-day basis you will communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls. You will aim to understand customers individual circumstances by asking questions to help you negotiate affordable repayments for outstanding arrears, ensuring that the customers best interests are met.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
