The Role

Perform administration duties such as compiling reports, preparing documentation, answering emails and assisting customers.
- Assist, when required the processing of quotes and work orders.
- Assist with client invoicing.
- Data entry into MYOB.
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records, arranging inductions, update & monitor training spreadsheet, organise training when required.
- Assist with ensuring insurances are up to date.
- Organise internal meetings / diary management.

Remuneration for this role is $80,000 plus superannuation.
Your duties will include:
• Treatment, pruning, shaping and/or felling of trees and hedges using hand saws and chainsaws to maintain and care for trees and shrubbery
• Advising of appropriate times to use insecticides and fertilisers and attending to same
• Insect and disease management using appropriate chemicals
• Removing dangerous, dead, or decaying trees and limbs
• Investigate health and condition of trees and assess necessary treatment
• Advising on matters such as species selection and location
• Undertaking risk assessments and advising on management of the same
• Liaison with other parties such as town planners and environmental consultants where necessary

You must hold the following skills and qualifications to be considered:
• Diploma/Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma in Arboriculture (or international equivalent) and three years' relevant experience. If you do not hold an appropriate qualification, you will need to have at least five years' experience.
• NSW White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Chipper experience
• Digger experience
• Excavator experience would be advantageous but not necessary
• Truck licence would be advantageous but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
